i am filing a protest with my cc co. b/c i received an e-mail from your company with the full price to be paid and at check in they added a parking fee that was never agreed to or disclosed or in the e-mail showing total amt. due @ check in this is fraud and a scam

Pros:

Everything. Check in was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway with tons of shopping and food nearby. Its safely located but easy to access. Hotel is clean rooms were nice, clean and up to date. Its not too big not to small. Great amenities and really well priced. We will be back next time were in town.

Cons:

Our stay was only 1 night and we didn't get to stay longer or use the pool/get breakfast which was not the fault of the hotel it was ours

It was a little pricey for it needing so many upgrades.
