Bad experience and doesn’t worth the money

They lock the back entrance to the parking lot at 9pm which can cause an issue with Google Maps. The gym had no dumbbells and the one weight system was out of order . At 830am they ran out of coffee . Inside of hotel was dated .

Cons:

Stood waiting to check in for 15 minutes with no staff, two other guests were waiting after us. Had to flag down security guard to get someone. The listing on booking does not say parking is paid so 10.00 surprise after standing waiting. Room smells like animal urine. Ice machine is broken. Light in the room does not work after plugging them in which we had to do. Shower is stained black. No toiletries there was 1 small bar and 1 small shampoo for 4 guests. Refrigerator will not close properly it catches on the cabinets and is very difficult to shut.

Adequate, nothing special.
Pros:

We liked the location and parking lot security. It was clean.

Cons:

The room was adequate but could hear the guest walking on the floor above us. The bathtub is very dated with lots of repaired areas. The lighting in the bathroom was not good for doing hair and makeup.

Great place to getaway. Friendly staff. Maybe an upgrade is in the works.
Pros:

I liked the accessibility to the highway and ease of locating the hotel. I was greeted quickly since I booked through a third party, the checkin was a breeze. I liked the view from our 8th floor room. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was hot but there could have been more of a selection to choose from. It was basic. I loved the bed and the comfort. The space of the room was great and it had the basic necessities. Fridge, microwave, coffee, iron, hair dryer.
I did appreciate the late check-out since we arrived later than expected due to the heavy traffic. But the front desk kept calling to find out when we leaving. That was unsettling. They asked who authorized the late checkout. The lady who checked us in on Friday. Maybe because im a AAA member. I don't know but again I was grateful.

Cons:

The hotel is a little old and could use some updating. The carpets or something smelled mildew or old. The elevator was sketchy. All floors didn't have ice so i had to go down 6 floors to use their ice machine.

Pros:

Cons:

I asked for a pool view and was told I would get one and didn’t. We didn’t have internet to watch tv the first night, we didn’t have hot water, and the shower wouldn’t drain the first night. However, we informed the front desk and immediately the maintenance man came up and tried to fixed the issue and moved us to another room
Where everything worked. Unfortunately because our first night was not great I have to give a not so great review. We were not reimbursed for the horrible first day.
