Un piccolo hotel curato fuori dai disagi del centro

Pulizia, arredamento, cortesia

Cons:

Wi-fi non funzionante.
Una caraffa di acqua in camera non mi piace, preferisco bottiglie chiuse. Bagno scomodo , da risistemare

Se você não se importa com limpeza, ter que subir e descer escadas com malas e ser surpreendido negativamente,
Pros:

Suite grande com dois quartos e dois banheiros.
As duas atendentes na recepção.

Cons:

1) Limpeza. Não limpam todos os dias, tínhamos 2 banheiros na suíte e houve um dia que esqueceram de repor sabonete nos dois banheiros. Chão nunca era limpo e um dia encontrei a surpresa da foto abaixo no vaso.
2) Não tem elevador para o último andar, onde estávamos.
3) No sábado o atendente deixou a recepção às 21:00 (normalmente fecha às 23:00), e quando precisei dele às 21:30 liguei no telefone do plantão e ele mentiu dizendo que fechava às 21:00 aos sábados (a recepcionista do outro dia confirmou que eles sempre fecham às 23:00)
4) Tive que pagar estacionamento de todos os dias, mas o estacionamento não é coberto, não tem portão e no último dia, o carro teve que ficar na rua porque a prefeitura estava fazendo uma obra (é extremamente difícil achar estacionamento de rua em Florença, mas a recepcionista me ajudou).

Une nuit confortable dans un bon emplacement.

Superbe nuit, avec une chambre très agréable pour séjourner dans cette ville, ainsi qu’un staff très satisfaisant.

Pros:

Leuk knus hotel. Ideaal verbinding met de bus.
Heerlijk restaurant naast het hotel.
Lieve aardige man achter de balie die netjes alles deed uitleggen en ook hoe je in Florence kan komen met de bus via een kaart.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel, avec de jolies chambres propres et bien decorées. Les équipements sont de qualité (climatisation, literie) et le personnel était vraiment accueillant. Il est bien situé dans un quartier avec à proximité immédiate un centre commercial et un bus qui vous amène au centre historique.
Le petit déjeuner etait peut être un peu trop simple pour son prix ?
Sinon pour le reste, n'hésitez vraiment pas !
