Good, beach was closed!!! Disappointed in that for sure
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was awesome, beds were comfy, not so much the pillows, 1st night was great, 2nd not so much, children or lots bosses above us, slamming and banging at night until after 9/10 and then 1st thing next morning before 7 am, so loud startled me awake. The jacuzzi was also great

Cons:

Overall a good stay just not as peaceful as we would of liked, this was our relaxation vacation n being woke up before 7 sucked!!!!!

Pros:

We loved our stay here. We visited last week of August on a weekday, so it was quieter. The pool and spa were clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, and having more choice would make it even better. For e.g. choice of egg, fresh oatmeal.

Great location, great Hotel!
Pros:

All of the staff were absolutely magnificent! The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area!

Special shout out to Pete and Dawn!

Cons:

The only issue we had throughout the whole stay were our room doors/keys -- the doors on fourth floor kept getting stuck, as in unable to open even with a green light. Luckily the staff was so friendly it just gave us another opportunity to engage with them when we got our keys replaced and stuff like that.

Comfortable place to stay after a busy day.
Pros:

Easy to find, near Lake George and close enough to Saratoga, where we spent our days.

Cons:

Super noisy. We were on the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby and near the pool.

Very happy with this hotel, Pool was great, clean and staff were very friendly.

Struttura posizionata bene per girare Lake George
Pros:

La posizione era buona per visitare la zona, camera spaziosa e ampio parcheggio. Pulizia della stanza molto buona. Presenza della piscina

Cons:

La struttura andrebbe rinnovata, la moquette andrebbe tolta oramai. La colazione molto basica con piatti e tazze usa e getta.

Near the strip but not directly on it so it’s very quiet.

Fixes can be made easily.
Pros:

Friendly staff, specially the 2 ladies last Sunday and Monday

Cons:

1. The shower was clogged from the time we arrived. Water won’t go down and was halfway up our feet.
2. On the second night, there were heavy footsteps on the floor above us.
For both issues, we didn’t notify the staff anymore because it was past midnight.
3. Food tasted like cardboard so we didn’t take our breakfast there anymore on our last day.
