La limpieza es pésima y la ubicación no es muy buena zona
El personal fue muy atento
Cuando llegamos nos habían dado una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de booking, pero pedimos el cambio porque nos sorprendió un poco, pero nos cambiaron a otra y la verdad que estaba muy acorde con lo solicitado!
The room is like the pictures, the bed and the room were very clean and comfortable. The staff members were very helpful.

La posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Servizio, colazione e camera. Bella terrazza dove è possibile fare colazione. Alcuni mobili di pregio arredano l’hotel. Calorosa accoglienza del proprietario. Consigliato.
Pensió agradable, ben situada, al costat de l’estació de tren i a uns 15 minuts a peu del centre històric. L’habitació és força gran, amb un llit confortable i prou. El bany és petit, però la dutxa té bona pressió.
Tot i això, l’establiment necessita una reforma urgent i una neteja en profunditat. Pel que fa a l’esmorzar, només es poden salvar les pastes de te.

The air-conditioning was faulty, weather temperatures were very hot which made the stay very uncomfortable. Your staff member, Diego, tried his best to help us, he came to our room four times. He suggested the filter needed cleaning by could not do so until the next day. He could not relocate us as the hotel was full. He provided us with a pedestal fan which did little. The room needs maintenance and is not suitable for letting in its current condition.
We paid for an survived room in the middle of a heatwave. We didn't get what we paid for.

Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre et le matelas très confortable, la cour où prendre le petit déjeuner est très agréable, l'hôtel n'est pas bruyant, la localisation est parfaite à côté de la gare centrale, du métro, des bus et des cars, et à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Catane.
Il n'y avait malheureusement pas d'internet lorsque nous sommes arrivés (mais c'était dans tout le quartier), cela n'a duré que quelques heures). Egalement un matin nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour nous doucher, mais l'eau restait tiède donc ce n'était pas infaisable :-)
