Pros:

Everything was good the room was clean.
The kitchen was clean.
The oveall was clean.

Cons:

There wasn't enough kitchen utensils.
There enough towels in the room.
In order to get ice you had to go to the front desk instead of going to a ice machine to get it your self.

Comfort & Convenience
Pros:

Quick ride from BWI & Light Rail. Very clean room w/efficiency amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful & breakfast was varied & delicious!

Cons:

Miscommunication re: shuttle. 1) Pick-up at BWI is upstairs/2nd floor door 5. Initially, only told “door 5.” 2) Sign at check-in states “Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour” -but omitted only upon request.

Pros:

Location was nice and away from the dirtiness and sketchy side of town! We felt safe and there were not any weird or smoky smells within the hotel/rooms. We enjoyed having decent dining options within a mile as well.

Cons:

The coffee that was served during breakfast tasted burnt.

Pros:

Beds soft, full fridge to use, very quiet

Cons:

The tv turned off automatically on its own, no instructions that air was controlled by switch on wall behind door, rsvp for king, did not get it.

Pros:

The location and the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating .

Cons:

Room 237 the suite had food on (d'origine chips (the floor, the table in the kitchen had a broken leg. The microwave was dirty and there was hair in the bed .
The phone reception and the internet connection was horrible.
