Wenn Krakau, dann Hotel Stary!
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung dann vor allem der Poolbereich und natürlich die Rooftop Bar! Nicht zu vergessen die perfekte Lage und das alles übertreffende Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück hat die Effizienz nicht gerade erfunden! Aber man ist in Krakau immer in guter Stimmung und kann davon absehen!
Der junge Mann, welcher den Spülkasten repariert: perfekt!

The most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was palatial! And right near the main square of Krakow. Huge bath and amazing pool/gym area in the basement.

Pros:

Well, we certainly got lucky with this one. It's about as close to the main square as it's possible to get without actually being on it. On the other side of the block is Szczepański square which has some really good restaurants. In fact almost every building in the area is a bar, cafe or restaurant.
Gorgeous design, very spacious and comfortable, all the amenities you could want with absolutely no fuss. We had a lovely big room at the front with a sort of shared balcony, but all the noise from the bars below disappeared with the doors shut. We didn't eat in the restaurant or have breakfast there so can't comment, but spent a fair bit of time in the rooftop bar and had a couple of snacks which were excellent.
