Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The hotel has been refurbished in a way that is sensitive to the old architecture. All of the facilities are excellent including the restaurant food there is also a rooftop bar with stunning views.

Amazing stay. Staff is accommodating. I plan to return.
Pros:

Amazing location in the heart of Krakow Main Square. Close proximity to everything. The hotel is pricey however that comes with security and ambiance. The roof top restaurant is top class. There is also a bar overlooking the main square which is amazing day or night.

Cons:

More expensive but worth it.

A top quality hotel , architectural stunning , in an unsurpassable location

Pros:

Faszinierendes Gesamtbild durch eine bemerkenswerte Kombination aus uralten und modernen Elementen.
An der Rezeption haben wir nur ausgesprochen freundliche Menschen angetroffen. Wunderbarer Pool bis Mitternacht auf!

Cons:

Mehrfach nachts durch Lärm im Innenhof geweckt. Natürlich könnte es sein, dass das eine einmalige Sache war.

Un hôtel insolite, plein de charme et d'authenticité en plein coeur de la ville
Pros:

Cet hôtel vaut vraiment le détour à Cracovie. En fin de circuit, nous avons laissé notre voiture à l'aéroport avant de nous y rendre parce que nous avions un vol à 6h... du matin. Donc pas de stress au lever. Par contre, je vous recommande de comparer avant de réserver vos taxis (prix du simple au double).
Nous avons ainsi pu profiter de notre dernière nuit tout en étant à moins de deux minutes à pieds des places, visiter le centre historique et terminer notre soirée dans les piscines (2) dans la cave.
Notre chambre était agréable et grande même si elle donnait sur une cour. En entrant, je me suis dit qu'elle est vieillotte mais des détails éveillaient ma curiosité et j'ai compris le jeu subtile du décorateur entre ancien et moderne dans la chambre.
La salle de bain était en L et très spacieuse. Le fait qu'il y ait 2 douches étaient un + : pas besoin d'attendre que l'autre vous laisse sa place, gain de temps assuré pour les sorties !
Derrière une façade qui ne paie pas forcément de mine (un bon coup de sablage lui ferait du bien), une fois que vous avez mis les pieds dans l'hôtel, on vous invite dans un autre monde (lequel, je ne saurais vous le dire)... C'est un mélange d'ambiance digne d'un film policier ou fantastique. Rien qu'en vous rendant à l'accueil, vous en avez déjà un avant-goût.
Si vous venez en famille, vous pouvez faire travailler l'imagination des enfants en inventant une légende ou un trésor caché.
En tout cas, c'est une invitation à vous reposer.
Les piscines sont vraiment parmi les plus belles que nous avons rencontré. D'ailleurs, l'hôtel devrait permettre l'accès aux touristes étrangers à l'hôtel : l'accès s'y prête bien. Je pense qu'il gagnerait davantage de futurs clients...
Sans hésiter, j'y retournerais pour un weekend... pour profiter cette fois, aussi, d'un petit-déjeuner dans la salle.
A tester impérativement !
