We visited the M.O. Prague last week with my mother-in-law and booked two rooms for our stay. The M.O. is a beautiful hotel. It has a fantastic location: it’s just a few minutes away from the Charles Bridge, while offering a haven of quiet and peace. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and elegant. Service is excellent with attentive staff making sure that guests are pampered throughout their stay. The concierge team is very efficient: they booked us excellent restaurants, and suggested very nice itineraries. The restaurant offers delicious food. I should also highlight the boat tour on the Vltava River. It’s a unique experience that should not be missed.

The best place to enjoy all Prague has to offer. The service is fantastic! The food in their restaurant is very tasty! The location of the hotel is really the best. No noise from trams, no noise from cars and no noisy tourists walking by at all hours. And yet, you’re only a few steps from everything.
Love the rooms despite it is a heritage building. Hotel was nicely designed and guest friendly

Big clean room
Quite noisy with events happening everyday and night. Opera singing could be heard all morning and evening.
I had asked for a birthday set up in the room that was not done after many calls and emails to ensure it was clear and would be set up.
They added a random room service charge on my bill and hoped I didn’t catch it but I didn’t and had it removed.
Overall quite disappointed
We enjoyed our stay - this was our first experience at a MO. The location was good - quiet but in close proximity to everything.
There is a sizeable discrepancy in “room quality”. Our first room was dark and frankly depressing. Very scuffed wood floors - and disappointingly had a shower in the tub. The room was far from our expectations. After discussing our concerns with the front desk, the replacement room was substantially better. In every way. A significant contrast.
The staff were professional and the concierge desk was very helpful.
We would stay again but would be careful to ensure that we had a room in the same area of the hotel that we ultimately ended up in.
