Pros:

Staff made all the difference. Carmen at reception is just a beautiful human being, so accommodating and helpful. Giancarlo, the manger was very courteous. Food was delicious, breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Access to the beach requires some walking.

La vue est impressionnante et le lit est très confortable

Cons:

La rapport qualité prix est décevant, ce n’est pas digne d’un cinque étoile ! Maximum 3-4 étoiles mérite cette hôtel. Trop de monde au transat, si on ne se lève pas tôt, pas de place. Hormis le buffet qui n’étais pas qualitatif, tout les restaurants étaient fermés. De plus, les serveurs ne viennent pas à vous, si vous ne les appelés pas. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyé correctement, uniquement le lit a été fait, pas même le sol ou une bouteille d’eau sur la table de chevet. Les ascenseurs sont très lents, il y a beaucoup d’attente, c’était plus rapide de prendre les escaliers. Très décevant.

Super sauberes und modernes Resort, das Personal allerdings hat nichts mit 5 Sterne zu tun

Die Sauberkeit war eine 10/10, das war definitiv der größte Pluspunkt, auch die Modernität der Zimmer und des Hotels im Allgemeinen. Die Betten waren super Bequem und der Sandstrand war auch super.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls top!

Cons:

Das Personal an der Anmeldung war eine Katastrophe. Sobald man angefangen hat auf Englisch zu sprechen haben sie einen belächelt und wollten sehr ungerne auf Englisch kommunizieren. Bei Rückfragen im Laufe des Urlaubs, haben die Mitarbeiterinnen ebenfalls immer sehr unfreundlich geantwortet und haben einen sehr abwertend behandelt.

In den umliegenden Städten wird ebenfalls sehr wenig und ungerne Englisch gesprochen, am besten direkt mit Google Übersetzer auf italienisch arbeiten, damit hätte ich mir viele Nerven erspart.

Zu wenig Informationen am Empfang erhalten beim Ankommen .
Personal meistens freundlich ,manche recht unfreundlich,lustlos.
Zimmer karg ausgestattet,zuviele Betten ,wenn man zu zweit ist.Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir noch 3 Extrabetten,danach Zimmer getauscht ,es waren immer noch 2 extrabetten.

It was exactly what we needed! Amazing stay with our family
Pros:

The view is fascinating
The facilities were great, bars and pools.
The kids club was an amazing idea.
Spa was perfect, great experience.
Food reflected the Sicilian cuisine on point, with quality of food.
Dj idea at sunset was breathtaking.
Great that you offer 15 mins for beach activities for all inclusive option.

Cons:

All inclusive was confusing on the menus.
We wished we received the full schedule on the first day of arrival, we discovered it by chance on the third day.
We were not informed that there were different beaches, or beach activities or general activities at the hotel. We had to ask for it and had to do some explaining to the staff till they showed us a schedule on paper.
