Avoid - overpriced
Cons:

Daylight robbery. Over £400/night for a basic motel, which is poorly located. The middle of the quad of rooms has a hot tub, the generator for which runs all night and is incredibly noisy. Our first room was tiny, with no basic amenities such as a fridge, a tiny bed and was dirty - there was mould on the walls/ceiling, stains on the wallpaper and bedding, and the bathroom was in need of a paint. We had to be asked to be moved - the staff did help with this, but again the replacement room was not worthy of the price. You get more in a London Premier Inn for a quarter of the price. Avoid!

Agréable séjour au Fox hôtel personnel très sympathique et efficace - les pass gratuits pour les bus
Pros:

Petits déjeuners copieux mais service sympathique mais pas toujours rapide

Cons:

Chambre confortable mais sans lumière directe car notre fenêtre donnait sur un mur- il fallait aussi garder les stores baissés à cause du passage.

Cosy place, just what was needed!
Pros:

They were lovely and cosy, lots of room with comfy beds. Great location too..

Banff in general is a nice place to visit but not at this hotel!!

Cons:

Poor amenities and rooms of very low Standards. Room windows face to hallway where other hotel guests are passing by and everyone can look directly into room and belongings. Next room is just divided by one door so you can hear conversations clearly next door. Toilet flush did not work on second day. Very small rooms and decor/furnishing appears musty and old. Other amenities are a joke, fitness room is not even worth mentioning and the cave “pool“ does not really invite for a swim. And this was by far the most expensive hotel on our trip!!! Not even worth a quarter of the price charged!! Outrageous!

Nice place but they can out some of their grossly overpriced costs back into updating their rooms.
Pros:

Great location. Cool underground hot spring.

Cons:

Rooms were old and lacking comfort. Needed a loud fan to cool off in the loft as ac couldn’t keep up. Price was enormous for lack of upgraded rooms.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Location was as expected

Cons:

Extremely small, cramped room - very expensive. Breakfast not included. No air conditioning, you had to set up a fan which was available in the closet. No fridge in the room. The underground parking wouldn’t fit our truck so had to park on the street at the back of the hotel. The front desk staff had difficulty with the POS machines to get them working. We were given bus passes for public transport throughout Banff.
Food was a Chili’s restaurant at the hotel - very expensive. Supper meal was not good. The ribs were extremely fatty so tasted terrible and the pasta dish was served cold and needed to be reheated, likely microwaved. However the ribs were removed from the bill and the pasta was discontinued 25%. Our waiter was very good and tried his best to remedy the situation. Breakfast was very good also expensive, but very tasty. Our waitress was very personable and attentive.
We expected everything to be expensive considering it was in a national park. Our 2-queen bed room was over $700 for 1 night and the only extra amenity was access to a large hot tub in the basement of the hotel.
