Topp Lage, Zimmer groß und komfortabel als Familie - Kuhlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden - weit besser als in den rezensionen - natürlich kein Topp Hilton - aber Preis - Leistung sehr gut

Cons:

Der Teppichboden ist schlecht - hätte das hotel einen vernünftigen (Holz) Boden in den Zimmern wäre der Eindruck ein viel besserer (der Boden sieht immer dreckig aus) - das ist aber dem Teppichboden geschuldet.

A bit of a lottery - they have good but also bad rooms
Pros:

The next day, after we complained, they were able to give us a different room, which was much better. The location is perfect - close to Penn Station and the 28th Street subway station.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor with a very dirty window facing a huge air-conditioning unit, so there was very little natural light. The carpet smelled like a wet animal. I asked to change rooms, but my request was denied. The complimentary breakfast is very simple.

Wonderful breakfast, bad rooms.
Pros:

Dirty rooms, broken bathtub, found urine stains on the toilet and hair from previous gests. Only after complaining twice something was done about it.

Cons:

Broken down dirty rooms. Was told by the staff the hotel will undergo renovation next year and that people are complaining.

Localização ótima, porém o conforto nem tanto
Pros:

Café da manhã simples, se quiser alguma opção de sanduiche ou ovos tem que pagar a parte, a localização é a maior vantagem, pois fica fácil de se locomover pela cidade usando o metro

Cons:

Como acontece na maioria dos hoteis da região o barulho durante a noite é muito grande e o isolamento não é muito bom
