Einrichtung ist herunter gewirtschaftet. Personal tw. unfreundlich.
Hotel wird seinen eigenen Ansprüchen nicht gerecht.

Personal recepción poco empático, la habitación que nos dieron muy ruidosa, ya que da a una calle en la que hay negocio de carga y descarga. Sin embargo el personal de comedor fueron muy atentos.

Pros:

Alojamiento muy bien situado, con la 5ta avenida y Broadway a unos pasos y estación de metro al final la cuadra.
La atención no es excepcional, pero es correcta.

Cons:

El desayuno es continental, es decir, para mis compañeros colombianos, no hay huevo ni ninguna otra proteína, por lo que él costo de incluir el desayuno en la reserva es elevado; uno podría pedir opciones calientes adicionales, pero el costo es muy elevado (arranca en 20 USD, que es más de lo que vale un desayuno completo en los restaurantes alrededor).

Te reciben las maletas si legas antes de la hora del check-in, pero no hacen el menor esfuerzo por ver si tienen una habitación disponible, donde ubicarte antes.

Worth it, but check your ac unit.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Other than the damp smell, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and accomodating as well.

Cons:

The moment I opened the door to the room, I smelled musty, dampness. We found that the a/c unit was leaking all over the carpet.

For the money I paid I was expecting at least an ok hotel, Hope I dont stay again

The lady at the front desk was very nice

Cons:

The smell of the room, the old and bad quality linen. The conforter was full of threads.... The picture I uploaded shows a little bit, the whole conforter was like that!

Buena situación para visitar Manhattan
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas, baño bien, tamaño apropiado y bien situado para visitar andando todo Manhattan

Cons:

Aunque íbamos con el desayuno incluido, tuvimos que dejar propina porque nos la solicitaron los camareros. Aunque Nueva York es muy caro, el precio me pareció excesivo para la habitación disfrutada
