Náš desetidenní pobyt v NYC
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita uprostřed Manhattanu, na rohu ulice byla zastávka metra. Pokoj byl vždy čistě uklizený. Byli jsme zde spokojeni.

Cons:

Na nic zásadního si nevzpomínám.

I stayed twice in the same week and loved the staff.
Pros:

Staff was outstanding. Front desk and bellman remembered me from my stay 8 months ago. Kind and friendly staff. Location is perfect. Its 1 block from the 1 train station which is convenient for uptown and downtown tourist attractions.

Cons:

I turned on the shower and water from a broken hose shout up into the air and all over me and the floor. The hose was broken at the base of the handle. I was meeting a group for dinner in an hour and the front desk got me into another room within 20 minutes. Other than that I loved my stay. Im in NYC often and choose this hotel for the convenience and excellent customer service.

Cons:

Zeer oud en vervallen hotel. Niet eens een kapstok om je natte jas aan te hangen op de kamer, ook geen plek voor je koffer.
Badkamer niet schoon en zwarte haar in een handdoek die ij pakte na het douchen. Ontbijt was inbegrepen geboekt maar aanbod was zeer mager, moest elke dag van de kaart met bijbetaling bij bestellen.

Good location and solid stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very centrally-located and the property was vey clean. The room was adequate and served its needs. The water was very hot and the flow was great in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Christina at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient to assist me in printing my flight paperwork.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Room was comfy, clean, spacious (even for NYC!!). Excellent location, the train just at the end of the block.

Cons:

Checkin lady was kinda rude, they got my last name wrong in the reservation and she was very unpleasant to talk to when checking in

The perfect value for money, with outstanding staff and an ideal location in Manhattan.
Pros:

The staff was excellent, extremely polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s location was perfect and very convenient for getting around New York City. The breakfast was more than sufficient, with good variety and quality.

Cons:

Sometimes there was a short wait for the elevator, especially during busy hours.

mésaventure : 1 -en rentrant en fin de journée , nous avons trouvé la porte de notre chambre accessible car la porte n'avait pas été refermée (entre ouverte) avec le linge sale sur le sol- heureusement que nous n'avons pas été cambriolé !!!
le Manager du jour, que nous avions appelé pour le constat , désolé, reconnaissant "une faute grave," selon ses propos, nous a assuré que nous serions dédommagé d'environ 25% du prix de notre séjour. et nous l'avons cru !
Il nous indiqué s'occupait de tout .
A notre départ aucune consigne laissée en ce sens, facture réglée sans remise annoncée. Manager absent .
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel .

2- les chambres donnant sur la rue sont mal insonorisées

3- le petit déjeuner est continental, et les plats chauds payants. très difficile de changer vers le hot breakfast, qui est presque au même prix.

Wonderful staff!
Pros:

Reception was super nice and friendly, so was all the staff that would meet in the hallway. I found them so welcoming and so helpful put me right at ease after a long day. The hotel is very close to everything and yet still less busy. Great people, great location!
