Good but need more cleaning
Pros:

The location, the staff, the bed, the breakfast.

Cons:

The first day when we arrived the room was very clean, but the rest of the days (we stayed 5 nights) the cleaning was very poor, leaving hair and papers in the room, or without cleaning at all. After compaining that tbe room was not cleaned, in the reception informed that they dont have a cleaning person anymore, so the room remain uncleaned.

Pros:

Great location, quieter!!, 28th street voted prettiest street with numerous flower outlets. Subway stations short walks, numerous restuarants. Breakfast very good. Friendly helpful staff reception & restuarant.

Cons:

Older hotel, good size rooms, lifts can get a little busy at times .

Una buena opción de alojamiento.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel estaba excelente, a parte que está rodeado de tiendas que venden flores por lo que me encantó.
la cama efcetuva es muy blanda, comentario que ya habia leido.
El personal desde el gerente hasta la mucama un encanto.
El desayuno básico, pero si no te gusta tienes opciones alrededor.
Volveria de todos modos.

Como dije anteriormente no me gustó lo blando de la cama.

Pros:

Pieza y baño cómodos. Cama limpia, cómoda, buenas almohadas. Ubicación fantástica. Cerca del metro. Cafeterías, restaurantes, almacenes cerca. Café gratis en recepción. Microndas, frigobar.

Cons:

El aseo y que algunas instalaciones ( máquina de hielo no funcionabs, rollers black out) no funcionaban. Que las puertas se cierran solas con un tremendo portazo y tanto los pasajeros como la gente del aseo no tiene cuidado. Se ve un poco viejo.

Pros:

Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar. Very impressive hot water in the shower. Conveniently located.

Cons:

Pride flags all over the dining room. No American flags in view. Left a message on the housekeeping extension about items left behind after check out. Hoping they could be of help. They did not return my call.

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

I didn't have time to try the breakfast but the location was good because it was close to Chelsea Piers where I was getting married.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was spots on my sheets and the handle on the shower was broken. It would have been nice to have a clock radio in the room to tell the time or listen to some music but other than that it was a nice stay.
