Cons:

Moquette mérite d'être lavée, on avait les pieds noirs. Climatisation pas réglable dans la chambre car réglée pour l'étage entier (le staff a pu baisser la clim)

Pros:

Situation idéale pour visiter Montréal.
Proche station métro.
Parking public en face de l hôtel.
Personnel accueillant et disponible, plein de bons conseils communiqués à l arrivée pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Salle de petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite (3 tables de 4) pour tout l hôtel. Impossible d avoir une place aux heures habituelles de petit déjeuner.

Uma boa estadia com bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

O sistema de café da manhã é um dos diferenciais do Hotel. O acesso permitido aos hóspedes aos sucos, água, café, chá e chocolate é o ponto alto do hotel.

Cons:

O serviço de limpeza não foi muito bom. Durante a nossa estadia não houve nenhuma limpeza no quarto. Esse foi o único ponto fraco do hotel na nossa experiência.

Budget stay standards - good place for a rest and some nice vending machine coffee!
Pros:

Friendly, accomodating staff. Nice breakfast room to wait in. Helpful with checkin and checkout time requests and luggage storage and some printing needs. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is awesome.

Cons:

no a/c in room, no ability to really lock the patio door completely and it is easily accessible to the street. The area the hotel is in seemed skiddy. Homeless people hanging out at/near hotel entrance at times. Elevator got stuck on a floor several times and we had to take the stairs.

Would never consider this place again OR mention this place to a family member or friend.
Pros:

not much honestly, it was very dirty

Cons:

The cleanliness, we also waited over an hour for our check in. It was very unreasonable and I requested to make complaints and was told i would receive a better room..We in fact did not and instead received the same room I paid for and it was disgusting.
I was extremely disappointed with the wait time.
