Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommen das Hotel für meine Fälle nicht weiterhin oder erneut Buchbar

Gefallen hat mir die Lage sehr zentral am Taxim. Das war’s zum positiven.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat. Das Hotel war unglaublich laut. Die ganze Nacht gab es Geräusche. Man hörte aus allen Zimmern, die Menschen schnarchen und die Fernseher laufen und auch andere Geräusche von draußen. Schalte die ganze Nacht Musik ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht wirklich sauber. es gab außen auf der Terrasse, einen Jacuzzi, der aber so schmutzig war, dass er mindestens schon Wochen nicht mehr geputzt worden ist. Also insgesamt ist das Hotel im Mai für meinen Fall auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert, dass wirklich in die Jahre gekommen ist und in der Sauberkeit doch auf den Zimmern extrem zu beanstanden ist. Jetzt hab ich nur ein Zimmer gesehen aber das hat mir schon gereicht in meinem Fall und die Klimaanlage ging nicht Die Temperatur im Zimmer lag über 30° es war voller Stechmücken und wie gesagt die ganze Nacht über Geräusche, so dass ich kaum schlafen konnte und ich musste ja schon um 4:00 Uhr wieder aufstehen, weil ich am frühen Morgen zurück nach Luxemburg geflogen bin, dann hab ich am Morgen bemängelt, dass das Hotel beziehungsweise das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage in Funktion hatte. Daraufhin hat man mit den Schultern gezuckt und keinen weiteren Kommentar dazu abgegeben. Dann hab ich gefragt, ob sie irgendwo einen Kaffeeautomaten haben, damit ich vielleicht einen Kaffee trinken kann morgens um 4:15 Uhr und dann sagte mir der Herr andere Rezeption. Nein wir haben leider keine Möglichkeit Ihnen einen Kaffee zu geben. Es wäre doch das einfachste der Welt für ein Vier Sterne Haus, einen kleinen Kaffeeautomaten, so einen Selbstbedienung Automaten hinstellen, damit man zumindest irgendetwas im Bauch hat, wenn man schon mitten in der Nacht los muss. Preisleistung war absolut in Ordnung. Ich hab sehr wenig bezahlt aufgrund ihrer Aktivitäten bei booking.com aber buchen werde ich es auf keinen Fall wieder. Das war’s

Csalódottak vagyunk!

Cons:

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk amelyiket lefoglaltam. 2 francia ágyat ígértek, fürdőkáddal, terasszal, városra néző kilátással. Ezekből semmit sem teljesítettek. 1 francia ágyunk volt, illetve 2 egyszemélyes ágyunk. Kád helyett penészes és vízköves zuhanyzót, városra néző kilátás helyett pedig a másik hotel falát nézhettük, teraszunk nem is volt. Az ágynemű szakadt volt és koszos. Ott hagytunk az asztalon 60 ezer forintot, amit a takarító nő el is vitt. Próbáltunk beszélni a személyzettel, de azt a választ kaptuk hogy NEM volt az asztalon pénz, és az a dolgozó már 4 éve ott dolgozik, és szoba takarítási céllal ment be, csak éppen takarítani felejtett el, 4 napon keresztül nem volt a szemetünk leszemetelve, új törölközőket nem kaptunk, wc papírért kétszer voltunk lent a recepción. A szoba koszos volt, poros volt a lámpa, az ágy alja tele volt szeméttel, a zuhanyzó vízköves volt. Mind ezek ellenére kifizettették kétszer a transzfert ott a helyszínen, összesen 120€ (számlát persze nem kaptunk), amit már a bookingon keresztül kifizettünk. Kérdezték foglaláskor hogy szeretnék-e xy nyelven beszélő embert. Kértünk hogy legyen, ha már van ilyen lehetőség, de nyilván nem volt! A klíma nem működött, nem lehetett kikapcsolni, egész nap, egész éjszaka a hideget fújta ránk.
A tetőtéri medence nem is üzemelt, szét volt bontva. Az ajtók mellett volt egy gomb, amin tudtuk VOLNA jelezni hogy szeretnénk-e takarítást a szobába, vagy sem, de nyilván ez sem működött.
Csalódottak vagyunk nagyon, mert nem ezt vártuk egy 5 csillagos szállodától! Ide többet soha!
