Pros:

Very disappointing.

Cons:

No tissues, guests have to use toilet paper for their faces. Cleanliness is very poor. When heavy rain started, my 3 bedroom suite started to pour water from within the ceiling onto our bags and clothes. The place needs heavy maintenance; bathroom looked as if it's never been maintained. When requested a laundry bag, I got 3 ugly bags looked like they were used for decades.

Bon hôtel dans quartier agréable !
Pros:

Bon buffet petit déjeuner et très très bon emplacement !

Cons:

Ne pas prendre une chambre au 8ème étage à cause du bruit de la piscine

Pros:

The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful! The facilities were really nice too, especially the sauna. The staff also speak multiple languages so it's easy for anyone who doesn't speak English. We were checked out my Chaima who was incredible. But all the staff we came across were the best!
