Décevant on s’attendait à mieux pour le prix et les photos sur le site

La situation géographique et l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres 0, lit très très étroit, couverture très petite (plus petite que le lit), la propreté, la vétusté des équipements de la chambre et la salle de bains (rouille), assez radin sur le gel douche (1 petit pot de 10ml pour 2), aucune possibilité de rangement, pas de chaise dans la chambre. La salle de déjeuner très petite fort bruyant et nourriture industrielle. Bar à la piscine assez cher et eau de la piscine extérieure pas chauffée. Niveau spa 3 transats uniquement, le sauna et hammam pas assez chaud et piscine intérieure pas très chauffée.

Ci tornerei malgrado alcune cose che non sono piaciute (ma non disastrose)

La posizione meravigliosa. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura e buona ma credo che l'attenzione a ad alcuni particolari dovrebbe essere maggiore. Nella nostra camera ad una luce sopra al comodino mancava totalmente una parte. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. La colazione era ben fornita ma priva di indicazioni su alcune pietanze che non si capiva cosa fossero.

Cons:

Otele ilk vardığımızda maalesef odamız yeterince temiz değildi. Yerlerde saçlar vardı ve havlular da temiz görünmüyordu. Durumu ilettiğimizde havluları değiştirdiler ve odayı tekrar temizlediler, bu konuda yardımcı olmaları güzeldi.

Ancak konaklamamız boyunca en büyük problemimiz gürültüydü. Özellikle gece boyunca sürekli ses geliyordu. Şikâyet ettiğimizde ilgileneceklerini söylediler fakat maalesef kimse gelip sorunu çözmedi. Bize verilen odanın konumu da oldukça kötüydü; hem dışarıdan hem de koridordan sürekli ses geliyordu. Ayrıca temizlik personelinin merdivenlerde oturup yüksek sesle sohbet etmesi nedeniyle sabahları ve gün içerisinde dinlenmek oldukça zordu.

Location is fab and most staff were nice.

Cons:

We had to move room as a/c didnt work and the room was very small. Next room was much better. No city view or balcony in either room. Rooms need refurbishing. Breakfast is like a canteen and not very nice to eat in - room is very small to try and accomodate all of those people. Not the kind of 4 star hotel i am used to - if i had paid full price for the room i would have been fuming.

Facilities were terrible. The air conditioning was stuck T 23 degrees C and would not adjust. The tub was extremely tall and dangerous. The walls were dirty. The building is old. The breakfast was terrible.
