Would not use this chain again.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The room was dark and dingy. When turning on a light a different light came on each time as the wiring was dodgy. Could not get bedside lamps to work with any switch.
The shower leaked out into bathroom. Reported and leak cleaned up but not fixed.
The aircon did not work- the room was boiling even though outside temp was cool.
Roof pool was closed - no mention when booked.
Money went missing from my bag.

Я попросил менеджера на стойке ресепшена разобраться с этим, но в итоге он просто сказал мне, что она ничего не брала. Они могли бы проверить видео, и они увидели бы, как я захожу в отель с этими пакетами одежды, и они увидели бы, как уборщица их вытащила с номера. Это какой-то беспредел и беззаконие. Они знают, что туристам тяжело доказать что-то в чужой стране, и они этим прекрасно пользуются. Я буду писать жалобу в booking. com, я этого просто так не оставлю.

A decent stay overall, but the AC definitely needs to be fixed to make it comfortable.

The location of the property was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Additionally, the price for the stay was quite reasonable and offered good value for money.

Cons:

The rooms were on the smaller side, which made the space feel a bit cramped. Furthermore, the AC was not working during our stay, which caused a major lack of air circulation and made the room feel very stuffy.

Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem wie auf den Bildern.
Das Wasser kommt und geht einfach während dem duschen, die Temperatur kann man ebenfalls nicht wirklich einstellen entweder wird es zu heiß wenn Wasser kommt oder zu kalt.
Die Badewanne ist kaputt, da kuckt selbst ein Plastikteil hinaus, meine Frau hat ihren Fußnagel angestoßen wodurch wir ins KRANKENHAUS MUSSTEN UND DER URLAUB DANN AUCH VORBEI WAR!!!
Die ganzen Silikone sind sehr verschimmelt, genau wie die Lüftungsanlage die nicht funktioniert!
Bettbezug war trotz Reinigungsbitte von Tag 1 bis Tag 4 nie gewechselt worden, ist uns aufgefallen am großen Loch im Bezug und den flecken!
Der Jacuzzi im Balkon ist extrem veraltet und kaputt. Im Zimmer kann man keine zwei Koffer öffnen, eins ist im Zimmer dass andere haben wir im Bad geöffnet.
Die Klimaanlage ist nur Deko, genau wie die Minibar.
Das Licht geht genau so nicht, nur die kleinen Bettlampen!
Der Fernseher braucht gefühlt 4 Werktage um anzugehen!
Aus der Decke tropft es sobald es draußen regnet!!!!!
Zimmertüre lässt sich erst beim 3. mal mit der Karte öffnen.
