Overall, it was a good experience. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Mohammed, Chalima, and Sedaat. My air conditioning was not working properly in room 2105. Indoor pool , sauna, and steam room were good.

Ideal für Nachteulen die gern in den Bars in taksim die Nacht zum Tage machen wollen!
Pros:

Da das Hotel in einer Nebenstraße von Istiklal Caddesi in Taksim liegt, waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell zu erreichen. Der Galata Tower war nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke von draußen. Die Fenster waren leider nicht dicht genug!

The only good thing is the location, definitely will not recommend this hotel.

The location is great.

Cons:

The service needs improvement. I had to change room because A/C was not working. Maintenance guy come 3 times all the times said that is fixed, when we change room it was given small room with no window and of course I have paid for large room. At end paid more and get less.

Enttäuschung! Wir haben uns nicht im Hotel aufgehalten!
Cons:

Von kaputten Zimmern bis hin zu dreckiger Bettwäsche, ranzigen Möbeln und verschimmelte Tomaten und steinhartes Brot zum Frühstück. Mein Kind hat sich am offenen Schrauben im Zimmer verletzt. Ich konnte nicht mal ein Glas Tee trinken, so verschmutzt waren die Gläser! Leider kann ich die Videos nicht teilen. Lade ich auf Maps hoch! Eine Frechheit das als 5 Sterne zu verkaufen!
