Dommage pour moi j’ai fait confiance aux photos qu’il y avait sur Booking et j’étais vraiment déçue.

J’ai aimé l’accueil chaleureux des réceptionniste.

Cons:

L’établissement correspondait pas à mes attentes, j’étais très déçu des fuites d’eau, la qualité n’était pas au top, l’établissement était en dégradation, y avait pas d’animation, on sentait trop l’ennui , dans ma chambre il y avait des cafards, j’avais pas de frigo avec toute la canicule.
À la piscine, des femmes qui nager avec des foulards carrément 😔.
J’ai pas du tout aimé mon séjour dans cette hôtel.

Det finns även en liten ödla/gecko inne på rummet. Det här är inte acceptabelt. Rummet är väldigt varmt, TV:n fungerar inte, handduken är smutsig och det finns för få handdukar. Jag är mycket missnöjd med vistelsen.

Efter att jag inte accepterade situationen på hotellet blev jag utsatt för ett verbalt angrepp av en av de anställda där. Personen pratade med mig på ett olämpligt och respektlöst sätt. Jag anser att detta beteende är oacceptabelt och vill därför dokumentera händelsen och lämna in ett klagomål.
