الموقع ممتاز جداً.. الخدمات متوسطه..الإفطار جيد جداً… الكادر وخصوصاً الست سلمى إنسانه محترمه جداً تحب عملها خدومه مبتسمة دائماً تقف على كافة احتياجات النزلاء لحد ان تقول لها من ذاتك جزاك الله خيرا وما قصرتي..

Pros:

Lage ist einmalig und ein besonderer Platz der nicht besser sein könnte

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Sowohl der Rauchmelder als auch die Bedieneinheit der Klimaanlage hingen lose von der Wand, was keinen gepflegten Eindruck hinterlässt.

Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Wände und die Decke wirkten ungepflegt und teilweise verschmutzt, sodass beim Frühstück keine angenehme Atmosphäre aufkam. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.

Der Spa-Bereich war für mich der größte Kritikpunkt. Dort herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, und der gesamte Bereich wirkte wenig einladend und nicht ausreichend gepflegt. Auch das Fitnessstudio konnte nicht überzeugen: Die Klimaanlage blies ausschließlich warme Luft, wodurch das Training sehr unangenehm wurde.

Personal war Top und sehr Hilfsbereit auch im Spa Bereich

The service at the Spa was excellent. Nargis Abdul Rehman and Margarit were very accommodating.

Gute Lage, die Lobby ist sehr ansprechend, alle Bahn- und U-Bahn-Stationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der ägyptische Basar ist 200 Meter entfernt

Cons:

Der gesamte Spa-Bereich muss renoviert werden. Der Pool ist für dieses teure Hotel viel zu klein. Auch die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.

Gem of a hotel if you're a tourist in Istanbul

If you want to be a "tourist" in Istanbul, close to all of the most famous places like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Top kapi etc, this is the hotel for you. A lot of character; spacious rooms and excellent service.
It's like an oasis in the heart of the busiest tourist neighbourhood.
In about 20 minutes, walking i.e., one can be at the more happening Karakoy areaAnd for someone who’s stayed in 100s of hotels all over the world, there’s one key point which differentiates a good hotel, from an outstanding one. And that is the STAFF. And generally there’s ONE person who stands out.
At Legacy Ottoman Hotel, this person is NADEEM. While he’s the Guest Relations Officer, Nadeem is somehow always there, whenever you need him for anything.
