Un manque de rigueur
Pros:

Lieu idéalement placé pour faire les visites à pied et le bâtiment historique est très beau plein de charme

Cons:

L'insonorisation est inexistant, le personnel du ménage n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, ex chaussettes retrouvé dans l'armoire et poussière, salle de bain pas de brosse pour les WC pas de verres pour se rincer la bouche après avoir brossé les dents, réussi à avoir la brosse à wc après deux demande, manque d'un jeux de serviette la dernière nuit, copeaux de rouille sous le lavabo....

Pros:

The location is perfect, it's near to everything. Restaurant, cafe and transfer to everywhere.

Cons:

Actually the hotel doesn't mach the money i paid, old rooms and cleaning is not good. The AC can't be adjusted by yourself, if i turn it off it will be hot and if I turn it on it will be cold.

Excellent, will stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to the shops and restaurants and most importantly the tram line so that going places was so convenient. Our family room was huge, spacious and comfortable that we cancelled a stay at an apartment for the second half of our visit by extending the stay at the same hotel!. Breakfast was ok, I enjoyed but my husband and kids didn't so much. Staff were generally very helpful especially the guest relations host Salma.

Cons:

Nothing much, everything was ok. However, the kids didn't like the pool, said it was small and the water was cold.

Pros:

The location was ok, busy center of the old town and inaccessie by taxi

Cons:

The property was filthy and stunk of cigarette smoke. The bathrooms had black mould. The wifi asked for a passport number to access. There was no in-room control for the aircon. The bed was not a double but two singles pushed together so the mattress sagged in the middle. There were like two power points in the whole room.

A truly memorable stay at Ottoman Legacy

We stayed at Ottoman Legacy from 8–12 July and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, calm and beautifully in keeping with the building's character.

Two people in particular made this stay special. Selma at reception was outstanding — friendly, attentive and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. She answered every question with patience, gave us excellent local recommendations, and greeted us by name every single day. She also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was an incredibly kind gesture and made our stay far more comfortable than we'd hoped. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and we noticed it.

Nadeem was equally exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him — he was quick, professional and always cheerful, and he went out of his way more than once to help us with small things that made a big difference. His attitude is the sort that turns a good hotel into a great one.

The room itself was spotless, quiet and well appointed, and the location made it easy to explore on foot. But it's the staff that we'll remember most.

Thank you Selma and Nadeem — we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
