The location was perfect, with very easy access to taxis and boats, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything else about the stay was great.
The only thing I didn’t like was the room. I would strongly recommend that anyone booking carefully checks whether the room specifically says “sea view” or simply “view.” Our room had practically no view at all and very little natural light, which made it feel quite dark.
On the other hand, the view from the top floor was absolutely beautiful and definitely worth enjoying.
Breakfast was good, although it could get very busy in the morning. However, it was still manageable.
Overall, everything else was great and we had a very good experience.

Location was excellent
Few issues identified and we were moved to their new hotel as a gesture of goodwill.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a very good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this hotel.
Apart from the fact that the hotel uses pictures that do not accurately represent the actual property and that it looks nothing like the reference pictures, we were also robbed in our hotel room during our stay. After reading the reviews, I noticed that other guests had reported similar incidents where belongings went missing from their rooms.
On top of that, there was a very unpleasant and strong smell in our room throughout the entire week.
The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were completely spoiled, and some of the other dishes were honestly inedible.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a very good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful.
Overall, however, we were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay due to the issues mentioned above.
great location, good sized room and the sofa bed was set up nicely, generally very clean and good AC that was definitely needed.
The breakfast was extremely basic and not fitting to the level of accommodation.
This hotel is very nice and good and good service and good food.
Beautiful
Možnost využití venkovniho bazénu, vstupné zahrnuto v rámci pobytu
Ocenila bych větší výběr na snídani nebo alespoň změnu.
The room with 3 single beds had plenty of space for us, though of course we did not linger in the room for too long.
The hotel breakfast was serviceable and has all the essentials, but that's about it.
The location is why you would stay at this hotel above all else. From here you are a very short walking distance from the ferry which takes you to Valletta, and the hotel is on a street shared by several bus lines that can take you to other interesting destinations. If you'd rather just walk, the same street is lined with plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants.
There was no view to speak of. The "window" in our room looked out onto an enclosed, dimly lit building exterior, where you have the pleasure of commiserating with other patrons of the hotel who were also sorted a room with a non-view.
We did not bring an outlet adapter but were told the outlets in the room were "universal" i.e. they should work with electronic devices made for the EU. In actual fact, only one such outlet in the room was universal, which forced us to take turns charging our devices. Rather than lend an adapter for free out of courtesy, the hotel told us we could purchase one from the 24/7 souvenir shop right by the entrance.
When we got back to our room the first night, we noticed there were roaches in the bathroom, which made for an unsightly and unpleasant experience. They skittered off into the drains at our presence but left us uneasy about the rest of the stay regardless. When we brought this up at the reception desk, we were told to call as soon as we spotted another insect. When that happened the next night, a hotel cleaner was brought to our room, about 10 minutes later, armed with a mop and bucket. When he could not find said roach, he left.
The hotel "pool" can barely be qualified as a pool in any meaningful sense - there is no swimming to be had here. One wonders why they chose to spend money building it to begin with. I am sure the floor with the "wellness lounge" (which includes a similarly pitiful sauna) would be more profitable if was another floor of guest rooms instead. To make up for the shoddy pool, every guest has access to a private pool (shared by many other hotels in the area) called Aqualuna which is better suited for sunbathing rather than swimming. My advice is to disregard either "pool" entirely and head straight for the Fond Għadir beach which is a short walk or bus ride away.
