Big room, clean enough and tidy. Easy to access the courtyard garden rooms, on the ground floor. We booked last minute as we decided to travel and see Harry Styles at Wembley! From the hotel the train station was a five min drive. It was ten mins on the train to Wembley and really quite easy! Would stay again if visiting Wembley or London. The surrounding towns and villages are worth visiting if you have time.
Pool was packed when actually available to tenants, swim lessons overtake the facilities on the weekends it seems. We stayed with two children so having more than 45 minutes in the pool would have been better. Whilst the hotel itself was ok the breakfast is quite possibly the worst food we have ever had. Bacon was anaemic, sausages uncooked, buffet items constantly empty or low! Even the bran flakes were stale. The staff at breakfast were great… not like the food!
Someone on front desk at all times
My first meal was very small
Lovely staff, great breakfast
Location
The fact we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to swimming lessons not told on website
No aircon accept breakfast room
Staff not willing to turn it in on hottest day of year . No extra fans to help guest . Pool was still being pumped with warm water . Food was not great all frozen . Nothing was fresh . Breakfast was okay scrambled eggs tasted powdery .
Staff very helpful comfortable room
food excellent. good value stay.
no mirror above desk and therefore nowhere to do makeup. accessibility issues reported to staff for action.
Bar had no aircon.
The bar and restaurant area and food.
The pool area and changing rooms wasn’t clean, it had black mould and stains on the tiles and the floors were dirty.
Excellent service and breakfast fresh
None
The comfy beds
Only few of the rooms had Air con. This was hidden in the detailed description of the hotel.
Breakfast was terrible.
The carpet in the breakfast room was disgusting and filthy.
The corridors leading to the rooms were dirty with stuff left out from the rooms.
Friendly staff, relaxing bar lounge & gardens.
Room very tiny, & bathroom needed a little update
The gym, pool, and sauna facilities are excellent, and its location just off the M25 is perfect if you're heading to Heathrow.
The bedroom walls are thin. I could hear my neighbour plugging and unplugging their phone like they were in the same room as me.
