Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, genau wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Auch das Essen im Allgemeinen war hervorragend – lecker, reichhaltig und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Ich habe mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely place but don’t eat the food

It’s a lovely place to stay as we use this as a stop off the night before a hospital visit

Cons:

The food, so the first meal I was served raw chicken. It then took 25 minutes for a replacement to come out for the second one to be cold so I told them I didn’t want it. To then be told the chef was gonna warm it up for me not offer to re cook it correctly for a third time so ordered take away instead to be delivered to the hotel. Can’t say I was very impressed at this.

Also at 7.25pm there was still dirty plates and glasses outside of rooms down the corridor from us. Not very good when check out is before 12 and there is still dirty stuff in the corridors after new guest have arrived at a 3pm check in.

Also house keeping need to not chuck dirty laundry from the top of the stairs into washing baskets at the bottom of the stairs as I couldn’t get to the stair case to get to my room without having to shout first that their was people wanting to walk past.

Maybe time for a new chef that knows how to cook.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, so clean and facilities amazing
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the chef was so wonderful, came down and offered to make our kids pancakes! And also facilitated getting us warm milk for my daughter, very attentive and kind.
The room was amazing, we stayed in a junior suite and it was stunning, bathroom was out of this world. Censored light in the bathroom was so effective, especially for kids, and the shampoo, conditioner, body was was amazing

Cons:

The pool was cold but so clean.
The road was very isolated and Google maps led us to an unused road so we had to turn and go back

Excellent stay in Denham.
Pros:

10 minutes from Harefield Hospital.
We stayed in an accessible room, which met our needs very well. Disabled parking by the front door.
We had dinner in one of the pods and ate from the Clay Oven menu. The food and atmosphere was very good. The service and attention to detail by Neha was excellent.

Cons:

The toilet rolls. Cheap and flimsy.
We had intended using the pool but arrived too late to swim before the swimming lessons which continue until 6.30pm.

Polite, friendly staff. Good location.
Pros:

Property location was great, stayed at this hotel as it was the venue for a party we were attending so for convenience with a 1 year old. Staff were lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite.

Cons:

Some areas were tired. Our room was somewhat dusty and could have done with a deep clean. Had to call house keeping for toilet paper.

Hotel great, booking nightmare!
Pros:

Hotel in a peaceful location and was well serviced in all except one (see below)

Cons:

Not sure if it was the hotel or Booking.com.
The booking was for a colleague (Lady Professional Golfer) playing in 2 days golf competition and the hotel could:
Not finding booking for her (in my name)
They could not take payment from my booking
She had to pay (making it stressful)

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast was awful.. myself and my mother paid for breakfast at 9.30 and ended up just having toast.. everything else looked dried up and horrible no clean mugs had to wait for them to be washed.. very very disappointed paid £25 for toast
