The sauna, jacuzzi, and exclusive lounge are available in the spa facilities.

After the natural hot spring spa, alcohol, soft drinks and ice lollies are served free of charge in the dedicated lounge. Alcoholic beverages are subject to certain restrictions.

食事がよくて、清潔だったので普通。
Pros:

朝食とずいえん亭の夕食が非常においしかった。駅まで屋根があるという立地は最高です。雨だったので特にそう感じました。お掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。
朝食時のスタッフはとてもよく気が付いて、こちらが声をかけなくても先に声をかけてくれ助けてくれた。
２４時間営業のコンビニがあるのはよかった。

Cons:

施設・設備についてわかりにくいことがあり、困った。部屋が狭い。ツインのはずが２台のベッドをくっつけてもベッドサイドを横歩きしなくてはならない。入口から浴室までが長く、帰りに迷う。（帰りに扉にフロントと書いてあり、職員しか入ってはいけないのかと思った）
フロントの飲み物が空でいただくことができなかった。

Pros:

お部屋がグレードアップして頂き、上の階で見晴らしが良く親が体力のない中チェックアウトまでお部屋で快適にすごました。

Our stay was decent, but probably will not booked this hotel again.
Pros:

It was close to the train station and 7-11

Cons:

The bathroom was small and dated.
The tub and sink were slow in draining, found it gross to have to see the residual when brushing our teeth and showering.
My son and daughter were locked in the bathroom even though they didn’t lock the door, they had to try to jiggle the door few times before it opened.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Osaka und in der Nähe von der Kyobashi Station- einem Knotenpunkt für mehrere Destinationen, unter anderem den Flughafen. Das Hotel hat einen Onsen/Spa Bereich mit einem Lounge Ideal für eine Entspannung nach einem Sigjtseeing Tag.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern war nicht so angenehm. Die Zimmer, die uns zugewiesen worden waren, hatten keine Außenfenster.
