The sauna, jacuzzi, and exclusive lounge are available in the spa facilities.

After the natural hot spring spa, alcohol, soft drinks and ice lollies are served free of charge in the dedicated lounge. Alcoholic beverages are subject to certain restrictions.

部屋に入るとまず臭い！
何の臭いなんでしょうか？
窓開けてクーラー風量上げてなんとか軽減

お掃除する人以外にきちんと部屋の確認をマネージャーがするべきです

次回泊まる事があったらすぐに部屋をかえてもらおうと思います

Otelin konumu çok iyi, metroya çok yakın ve Nara'ya Kyoto'ya gitmek hiç sorun olmadı. Osaka Kalesine de yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otelin altında market var ve ihtiyaçlarımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı. Erken ulaştığımız için valizlerimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde emanete aldılar. Lobideki personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Lobideki tartı güzel düşünülmüş.
