Great value for my short stay.
Pros:

Lovely building in quiet location. Good breakfast and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Some noise from external equipment outside of the room which turned on and off during the night. The room was a little too warm and window opening was limited by the noise.

Car park has wood between grass And tarmac slipped over this morning as wood was wet moss and was like ice that needs addressing

It was really dog friendly with lovely gardens

Cons:

I met 3 friends for lunch there. We all had sandwiches, but the bread was stale. Didn’t have the heart to complain as everything else was lovely, so just ate it.
Not a lot of choice on the tea tray in room. No sweeteners or decaf options, just basic

Lovely stay would definitely book again
Pros:

Lovely large room with comfy bed and great decor. Rituals bath products an added bonus. Staff friendly and helpful. Gorgeous building set in peaceful grounds. Plenty of parking

Cons:

We were upgraded to a lovely big room in the annex and although we were told there was a pedestrian pathway going past, we didn't appreciate we couldn't leave the curtains open at all, or we were in full view of the many daily walkers.
