Location was good, mattress was firm and wider estate was lovely.
Room sizes were small and outdated including bathrooms. Staff lackadaisical but friendly.
De locatie was prachtig. Op loop afstand van een gezellige pub met goed eten. Wij hadden een ontbijt erbij geboekt en dat was fantastisch.
Wij vonden de matrassen vrij hard
Breakfast was amazing! And the old Horsley Towers were wonderful to explore
It’s basically a corporate conference venue so as long as you don’t mind that it’s fine
Staff were great.
Room would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. External balcony would have benefitted from a canopy to allow use in wetter times.
Breakfast was lovely.. such great choice loved the hash browns and seeing bel pase cheese which I haven’t seen in years.. Also catered gluten free which was good to see, along with soya, oat and almond milk if I remember rightly.. Breakfast really set us up for the day. Thank you
WiFi didn’t connect kept going off in room and around the hotel..
Proximity to the Opera I was going to
Rooms basic, virtually no accessories, shower in the bath
Had evening meal in the restaurant- excellent. A buffet option on offer too. Great breakfast buffet.
Everything.
Great location with a good breakfast. The pool was nice. Communal areas were lovely.
The bedroom and bathroom were a little tired and could be refurbished. No space for wash bag near sink.
The location was perfect for Mole Valley Parkrun, and a family event we were attending in Leatherhead. It was incredibly quiet. Having Penhaligon toiletries in the room was a lovely touch. Husband really liked the pancake maker at breakfast!
Convenient location and comfortable bedrooms.
Difficult to find entrance to hotel and poorly signposted.
It has character and is in a nice location, the staff were lovely at reception.
My room was on the ground floor with a terrace but anyone could access it. Bed was noisy just to sit on. Two make shift repairs in ceiling in my room. Breakfast wasn’t until 7am on a week day which is too late for me.
