Let someone know when construction & renovations are going on .
Pros:

The room & amenities were nice .

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed & the lazy river for renovations. I should of been notified of this considering the weather was 70° or atleast had access to another convenient location close by . I would of stayed next door . Also it today's age it needs updated cellphone connections & smart tv's .

Our stay was excellent!!!!
Pros:

The property was excellent!! The rooms were spacious, clean and very inviting. The views from the room were breathtaking. Definitely will be returning to this hotel. 10 out of 10!

Not a family environment
Pros:

They allow walk-ins so it is more like a hotel than a condo that requires advance reservations. The rooms have no noise insulation and unfortunately alot of the guests were very loud - yelling and fighting - lots of cursing. There was also alot of pot smoking - could smell it on elevators and in hallways (public areas). Although they said wristbands were required for pool areas they did not enforce it and majority of people did not have them on - "resort" is by public parking area and it appeared very popular with those not staying on site. The room had mold/mildew build up on the tub/shower tiles, the baseboards were dirty (with hair and dirt). The surrounding area also has "guests" that are loud, violent (fighting), and disrespectful. So sad what the area has become.

A great weekend getaway!
Pros:

I like the fact that the hotel is off the beaten path, so you are able to get into the hotel without the hassle of waiting for oncoming traffic.

Cons:

The parking deck is too small for bigger vehicles to get in and out of parking spaces. The turns to go up levels are not wide enough to make without backing up and going forward.

Great swimming pools and hot tubs. Right in the beach. It had all the right amenities.

Cons:

Parking garage is small and tight, not much they can do about that. It could use a fresh coat of paint, they are working on that. Real smart TV’s would be nice. I don’t mind paying for breakfast, but their version was sad for $8.50 a person. I have much better free breakfast ms at other places.

Great Snow Bird Stay
Pros:

We did a 3 month stay at Seaside and took advantage of the snowbird special … everything from the price to the amenities and the staff met our expectations and beyond. Thank you for providing a great excape from our Ohio winter weather. See you next year
