Lovely b&b
Pros:

Lovely bed & breakfast. Perfect location for very short walk to the beach. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and ceiling fans are fabulous touch, it was very hot and humid during our visit so fans were perfect!

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed one night here recently as part of a wider California road trip. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the local area. They were able to provide us with recommendations on wine tasting rooms and restaurants in the local area. There is ample parking at the hotel and it is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the Santa Barbara landing, so easy to catch boats for whale watching etc. Breakfast was average.

Great Location
Pros:

Cute Bed and Breakfast in a great location! You can walk to the beach and many restaurants on State St. The room was very clean but the noise in our ground level room was not good. We could hear everything in the room above us….the noise kept us awake for most of the night :(. I would definitely recommend staying on an upper floor!

The mattress was slightly uneven, so even though I slept in the middle of the bed, I kept slowly sliding toward the edge, which wasn’t very comfortable.

A Charming Boutique Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

The Eagle Inn is such a charming little gem in Santa Barbara. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by an incredibly kind and accommodating staff who truly went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The property is quaint, spotless, and full of character. One of my favorite parts was the adorable courtyard patio where a complimentary breakfast is served each morning. The breakfast menu options were fantastic. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore.

The location is fantastic—you can easily walk to the beach, stroll to the harbor, or make your way downtown to enjoy the shops and restaurants without needing your car. We were there on the Fourth of July and we could see the spectacular firework show from the property! Overall great value.

The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect rating is because the guest rooms are definitely showing their age. While they were very clean and comfortable, they would greatly benefit from a refresh with new paint, updated lighting and fixtures, and new furniture. Those improvements would truly elevate the experience and match the charm of the rest of this wonderful property.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. With a few room updates, the Eagle Inn could easily become one of the best boutique stays in Santa Barbara.

Worth a try!
Pros:

What a quaint place. They truly care about their customers with their friendly smiles.
This place was recommended by my sister who is a regular customer.
It is located in a quiet and comfortable area. I recommend asking for the room with a balcony. But the patio at the front is just as enjoyable if you’d rather chat with fellow guests.

The Eagle Inn was a Beautiful Vacation
Pros:

Our time at the Eagle Inn was just wonderful. We enjoyed the staff interactions, kindness and service. The property is beautiful Santa Barbara style, close to the beach and close to the shopping area downtown. The breakfasts were excellent and the coffee and snacks were abundant. Parking was in their private lot and not on the street which was important for us. It was also very quiet for being an “in town” property. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! We hope to return again in the near future!
