كل شئ تعاملهم جدا راقي حتى لو فيه مشكلة بسيطة
ما يقصرون معاكم إدارتهم ولا اروع

Cons:

فطور مطعم الشاطئ ما في تنوع اقامه 5 ايام نفس الفطور فيه أصناف تحسها ما تنشال من مكانها نفسها نفسها كل اليوم وهذا ما يناسب الفندق كمستوى

Pros:

with no doubt the best hotel in Alexandria, the property is amazing, the staff always ready to do the extra mile to make you happy, we will definitely go back again.

Cons:

..of course a bit chaotic in the surrounding areas but what do you expect? maybe i would have added one more restaurant with some different cousine, seeing the size of the hotel...

الغرفه لم تكن جاهزه وقت الوصول واخذنا وقت في الانتظار حيث كان وقت وصولنا الساعه 3،30 عصرا وهو موعد الدخول وتم مراسلة الفندق قبلها بيوم لتاكيد الحجز وابلاغهم بموعد الوصول

The cleanliness of the bed linens and carpets was below the standard expected for this hotel. They looked worn from repeated use and did not seem to be changed regularly.
