An outstanding stay with exceptional service, proactive staff and excellent attention to detail
Pros:

The arrival experience was exceptional. I arrived at the standard check-in time when several guests were also checking in, and what stood out was the proactive approach of the front desk team, the Front Desk Manager in particular, who reassured us, offered welcome drinks, and within minutes opened the concierge desk to process check-ins so guests would not have to queue. This level of communication, teamwork, and guest awareness was genuinely appreciated, especially after a long journey when all I wanted was to get to my room and rest.
The service remained consistently excellent throughout the stay. Although I am a returning guest, I was still escorted to the elevators after check-in and given a brief but informative overview of the hotel's facilities along the way. The room was very well maintained, housekeeping was outstanding, and the creative Eid Al Adha welcome dessert was a thoughtful touch. Overall, every aspect of the stay reflected the high standards expected from a Four Seasons property.

Cons:

My only observations relate to guest convenience facilities. Creating a dedicated prayer room within the hotel would greatly enhance the guest experience. After check out, I was directed to use the prayer room in the adjacent mall, which I did not feel was appropriate for a hotel of this caliber.
Similarly, it was surprising that there is no ATM within the hotel itself, requiring guests to visit the mall for basic cash withdrawal services. While neither issue significantly impacted my stay, both a prayer room and an ATM are amenities that many guests would reasonably expect to find within a property of this standard.
These are relatively minor observations in what was otherwise an exceptional stay, but addressing them would further enhance guest convenience and comfort.

Beach experience.

Cons:

Front desk, house keeping and room service.
1- took long for check in, more than 10-15 minutes.
2- given keys didn’t work at first.
3- we were asked at reception if we want to keep an extra bed that was already there in room, we replied no thanks. It was already there when we got into the room.
4- three times to ask for caffeinated capsules as all available are decaf. When finally brought the caffeinated x3 capsules, he asked for the decaf ones!!!!!!!! I replied we need those as well.
