The staff were not particularly friendly, and communication was sometimes difficult due to limited English, which made interactions challenging. The room was hot, with no air conditioning and no option to open the windows. The hotel is a bit further out from the city than anticipated.

Pros:

The room was huge and very comfortable. Loved having a bath available as most hotels have removed them.
The restaurant was top class really glad I got the opportunity to eat here would stay here again.
Would highly recommend hotel or restaurant North.

Cons:

The room didn't have a window that could be opened. Glad there was a fan available but I prefer fresh air.

Excellent experience here. This was a second visit and will definitely return again.

Everything, spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean fresh rooms. It’s perfect.

Cons:

Could benefit with a sheltered outdoor area but overall I have nothing bad to say about the place.
