Cleanliness
8.8
Many guests repeatedly praise cleanliness ("spotlessly clean", "very clean", "clean facilities"), though isolated issues were reported (hairs on sheets, smell of paint).
Service
8.2
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful; several mentions of excellent breakfast/front-of-house staff. A few reviews note communication difficulties due to limited English and one report of unaccommodating billing.
Location
7.9
Location is convenient for access to Dublin (LUAS line, easy driving routes) and has good parking, but several guests note it is a bit out of the city centre and many report motorway/road noise.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are often described as spacious and comfortable with nice bathrooms, but multiple complaints about very hot rooms, lack of air-conditioning, windows that won't open, and noise from the motorway.
Amenities
7.5
Good on parking, bistro/restaurant and bar; however issues include no AC in many rooms, sauna not available, occasional problems (Guinness off), and limited sheltered outdoor area.
Value for Money
7.9
Many repeat visitors and generally acceptable value; some guests mention the hotel feels a bit rundown, billing hassles, or isolated cleanliness issues that lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is frequently praised and some guests rate the restaurant as top class, though a few mention limited breakfast choice and isolated issues with served drinks.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall mostly positive with several guests saying they'd return; common negatives (noise, heat, occasional service/billing or cleanliness lapses) temper otherwise good stays.

Done the job but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Nice quiet location and still accessible to shops only a few minutes drive away

Cons:

The bar was very modern however the food wasn’t great. It was quiet but I felt the manager and wait staff were just watching the table constantly , i couldn’t relax in there. We had also requested a travel cot online which was approved and we had to ask twice for this to be brought to the room
