Cons:

I booked my stay because it was value for money, but Stay was not at all Comfortable. Staff is very rude. There are no facilities nearby and also in hotel. Breakfast is very bad. There are no options to eat. They generally cook Thai and Chinese food and some eggs, that’s it.
Staff is rude. They even charge you for ice in bucket in your room. I just had a small cut when I was shaving my beard and I cleaned that blood from face towel. They charged me cleaning for that Also. I ordered some food from grab and they were doing inspections on it, and they just took my food from my hand and they were checking like what was I doing?? And then when I talk with staff, they were shouting loudly. so it’s very rude stuff. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at least Indian people.

Back to the 80's and the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on!

The room service was good.

Cons:

The main reason we didn't enjoy this hotel is because the bed was so hard that it felt like you were lying on a wooden plank. It was the firmest bed that we have ever slept on, and the worst sleep we have ever had. The hotel (generally) is really outdated, with heavy, polished dark timber panelled walls and low light interior. We felt like we were back in the 80's. The foyer is really large with no sofa's or seating, which made it look really sparse. The pool was not a pleasant space nor the gym. It's not a hotel I would visit again.
