Back to the 80's and the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on!

The room service was good.

Cons:

The main reason we didn't enjoy this hotel is because the bed was so hard that it felt like you were lying on a wooden plank. It was the firmest bed that we have ever slept on, and the worst sleep we have ever had. The hotel (generally) is really outdated, with heavy, polished dark timber panelled walls and low light interior. We felt like we were back in the 80's. The foyer is really large with no sofa's or seating, which made it look really sparse. The pool was not a pleasant space nor the gym. It's not a hotel I would visit again.

Good location, some staff made it uncomfortable

Cons:

I just got a weird vibe from the staff, it felt like when I walked in I wasn’t supposed to be there. Felt like I wasn’t believed I had a booking even when I showed them it. Just felt a little bit strange.

One of the reason I stay always at The Emerald hotel the swimming pool so nice I use a lot
Pros:

Breadsticks was good.
Swimming pool was just perfect.

Cons:

WC had a big problem, it was not working at all. Plumbing came to fix it two times I could not sleep until 2:30am
Two years a go WC of swimming pool had the same problem.
