L'emplacement lui n'a pas changé ! C'est le trés bon point du jour.
Le gros avantage est sa piscine. La plus sympathique de tous les 4-5 étoiles du vieux port.

Cons:

Hotel qui fonctionnera bientôt, si la tendance à réduire le personnel de plus en plus se poursuit,, comme un formule 1!
A peu près 20 ans que j'y viens, ça se dégrade de plus en plus. De moins en moins de personnel.Probablement la moitié par rapport à l'ouverture. Il y a la carcasse, tout le reste est externalisé pour une réduction de coûts. Du coup, jamais personne au bar terrasse, entretien des chambres, on va dire, passable, le restaurant est en gestion indépendante. Le personnel que l'on côtoie reste trés gentil, et fait de son mieux pour répondre aux demande. Mais globalement, on sent qu'on est loin des années glorieuses, et de son luxe.

Ein gutes komfortables Hotel
Pros:

Großes Doppelbett, Aussicht auf den Yachthafen. Lage sehr gut, zentrumsnah, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars in der Nähe. Großes Bad, gut ausgestattet. Komfortabel zum Schlafen und Ausruhen. Relativ Ruhig obwohl das Hotel neben der Straße ist (welche untertags am Wochenende sehr belebt ist). Gutes Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse. Parkhaus neben an. (Kosten für 1 Tag 33 Euro)

Cons:

Preis für die Übernachtung könnte doch ein bisschen billiger sein. Wir haben inkl. Frühstück ca. 285 + touristentax 6,50 euro bezahlt. (Übernachtung Donnerstag auf Freitag). Preisniveau 200 euro wäre angemessen. Ich reise sehr viel auch viele Geschäftsreisen....man bezahlt hat für die Lage...

Ça pourrait être mieux et un peu moins cher.
Pros:

Plein centre ville, au bord du vieux port petit déjeuner sympa dans la belle salle lumineuse du rez de chaussée.

Cons:

On nous avait attribué une chambre en bout de bâtiment proche d’une terrasse de restaurant avec un boulodrome attenant. Beaucoup trop bruyant, j’ai demandé à changer de bâtiment dans la nuit. J’ai commandé la veille de mon départ un taxi pour l’aéroport. J’ai eu un uber sans tarif annoncé et sans compteur. Le tarif était à la tête du client 70€, il a fallu négocier. Désagréable. La piscine était à l’ombre et comme il y avait du mistral , on a pas pu en profiter.

nice hotel, location is fine, close to many restaurants and the harbour. good windows for silencing the city noises at night. very friendly staff.

Cons:

we booked a superior room. nice size, nice layout and clean. big bed but on the hard side for us. the superior rooms are located facing the courtyard which is nice and blocks the city noises somewhat. after checking with reception, all superior rooms have a connecting door to another room. our first two nights were very quiet as the connecting room was maybe empty. the last two nights we were very aware that the other room was occupied. this is not to say that that our neighbours were noisy, but it was due to the fact of the connected rooms, maybe something you need to be aware of, as the hotel is not cheap. reception said that all the other room types are not with connecting doors, even the standard ones, although those would then be street facing.
