Cons:

I was charged 100 EUR in advance as a security deposit. The money should have been released after my departure. The receptionist claims that the money have been released at check out but no evidence have been provided to me. So far, I have not received my money back.

Pros:

Отель удачно расположен, номера комфортные, но для международной сети Radisson Blu и уровня 4★ было неожиданно, что в номере отсутствуют халаты. Это небольшая деталь, но именно она формирует ощущение уровня сервиса

Отсутствие халатов , тапочки тоже надо было запросить , в номере не оказалось

Salle sport petite mais fonctionnelle en 24/24
Mention spéciale au personnel du lobby (nous ayant bien conseillé pour notre confort a ma fille et moi même de regarder le feu d'artifice de Marseille depuis la piscine, en toute tranquillité, au première loge)

Séjour super agréable dans un bel hôtel idéalement situé et un personnel vraiment charmant
Pros:

La situation géographique parfaite, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l’upgrade surprise, le confort dans la chambre et la propreté, l’espace piscine incroyable ouvert jusqu’à 22h.

Cons:

J’aurais aimé que le checkin puisse être un peu plus tôt ( 14h au lieu de 15h).

Vous pouvez trouver bien mieux à Marseille en rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

L'emplacement et l'espace dans les chambres.

Cons:

Le service pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles : pas de ménage fait sur les 2 nuits de notre séjour malgré l'avoir demandé 2 fois.
Cheveux dans le lit à l'arrivée.
Des papiers au sol dans les couloirs de la fin d après midi au lendemain matin.
Piscine toute petite avec peu de transat pour le nombre de chambres. La photo booking ne reflète pas du tout la réalité.
600 euros 2 nuits : très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Excellent emplacement et une piscine qui reste un gros plus en été.
Pros:

La piscine, les chambres rénovées, la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien dans les parties communes et chambres, le petit déjeuner, le staff.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la salle de fitness, c’est infernal il faisait extrêmement chaud, pas de service de chambre effectué l’après-midi, mais nous l’avons eu le soir suite à notre demande.

Emplacement top! Personnel très sympa. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Piscine incroyable en plein cœur du vieux port. Accès sécurisé. Tout était top!
