Des repas gâchés par les longues files d'attente
Cons:

Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour s'est bien passé, mais l'organisation des repas, en particulier au déjeuner, est un vrai point à améliorer.

Il y avait énormément de monde, ce qui entraînait de longues files d'attente et une réelle sensation de désorganisation. Le service n'était pas suffisamment fluide pour accueillir autant de clients.

J'ai également trouvé que certains membres du personnel semblaient débordés. C'était particulièrement le cas au stand des pizzas, où le serveur n'était pas très accueillant et gérait difficilement l'affluence.

Enfin, j'ai été surprise de voir certains clients se servir directement avec leurs mains nues, sans utiliser les ustensiles prévus. Ce manque de respect des règles d'hygiène est préoccupant et mériterait une surveillance plus attentive de la part de l'établissement.

C'est dommage, car ces différents points ont eu un impact négatif sur l'expérience globale de mon séjour.

pas de mini bar dans la chambre
niveau tres mediocre de propreté
pas de espace café ( juste un restaurant )
equipements tres anciens vieux et abimés
repas et bouffe incroyablement mauvais ! nous avons reservé pension complete mais nous n'avons pu manger aucun repas , qualité mediocre de la bouffe , service lent des queux d'attentes pour se servir management restaurant hors les attentes

Un accueil chaleureux de la part du chef de la reception Atef. Un grand merci aussi pour le petit geste.
Superbe vue sur la piscine et la mer. Chambre propre et personnel souriant.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

Great staff especially those who work at the reception very helpful and kind.+ It was overall clean.+ The architecture of the hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

Food was not great but compared to what we paid it was fine u can find smth to eat.The pillows were not very comfy too.
