Great staff especially those who work at the reception very helpful and kind.+ It was overall clean.+ The architecture of the hotel was beautiful.

Tutto era perfetto.

Un hotel meraviglioso, il servizio era ottimo e il cibo delizioso e fresco. Desidero esprimere i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti al signor Ahmed alla reception per l'eccellente servizio clienti e per il grande impegno profuso per garantire il comfort degli ospiti.
La camera era pulita e spaziosa, con un balcone che offriva una splendida vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. Anche il personale addetto alle pulizie era eccellente nel suo lavoro.
Hotel da raccomandare per passare una vacanza tranquilla in famiglia o tra amici

Emplacement calme, bon accueil, petit déjeuner riche et varié, plats variés peuvent répondre aux exigences de différentes personnes.
Les facilités dans certaines chambres nécessitent une attention.

I visited this hotel many times where I was upset s bit this time it is completely different: warm reception, quick services, helpful staff.

le restaurant est propre , buffet méditerranéen classique , la chambre est propre , animation : belle musique , les piscines sont propres , la plage est propre , la sécurité est présente partout , les services aux : Réception , bar et restaurant sont à jour .....la belle sourire et le professionnalisme de Mr GRISSA Atef chef de Réception , j'ai beaucoup aimé .

I’ve had the most fantastic time. There are definitely some areas that need some improvement, mainly cosmetic, but the excellent customer service from the most amazing staff really lifts the experience to one of being absolutely spoiled and they really do try to anticipate your every need so they’re answered long before you even think of what you might need.
From housekeeping, restaurant, bar staff, spa& gym, entertainment team, they all go out of their way to make you as comfortable and included as possible.
Whether it’s topping up your drink, assisting you on stairs or inviting you to play a game or include you in an activity, they all work incredibly hard, working long hours but always with a kind word and a smile.
I really do have to single out Hamidi for some special praise though.
From the first time we visited the bar and ordered a drink we were truly spoiled. I’m not much of a drinker but anytime my son’s drink was low, he’d appear like magic with a fresh drink.
As we watched he provided the same 1st class service to everyone. Even when the bar was jam packed he’d still try to provide the same 1st class service to everyone.
As the week progressed and our social circle grew he waited on all of us with the same hospitality and warmth. Combined with a fantastic memory for everyone’s orders . Just couldn’t fault him.
He looked after all of us, with drinks, with warmth and with humour.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here, found it excellent value for money and already looking forward to a return journey.

I came to this hotel alone and met some wonderful people..the food was excellent hitel staff very friendly.. entertainment staff excellent ..
