La habitación muy grande y comoda

Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand.
Lautstärke des Nachbarhotels. Schlaf vor 24 Uhr war nicht möglich. Ab nachmittags startete der Lärm wieder. Das heißt ein entspannter Nachmittag/ Abend im Hotel war nie möglich.

The staff was amazing and so helpful.
The breakfast was not that good.
The location is very good, very close to the beach, right across the street. The room was nice and clean and the food was excellent, one of the best I have encountered during summer holidays.The pool was also great and my kids enjoyed a lot. There were plenty of sunbeds and there was no issue getting one. The hotel is well positioned within the resort as well, close to stores and entertainment area.
There were a few details I would have liked to be better. The key card kept getting demagnetised. The shower area was a little strange as it was out in the hallway right by the entrance and, for the rooms that have a pool view, there is a little discomfort caused by the very loud music of the hotel nearby which got prolonged past midnight.
Conviently located a few minutes away from the train station and situatedly surrounded by restaurants and a nearby retail park.
Pool is nice and clean, beach is about 5mins walk.
Buffet is really nice. Unintentionally joined a pool zumba and had fun.
Room was grand and tidy.
Tbh, nearby hotel is very noisy from late afternoon until midnight.
Also, the lack of kettle being provided at all.
В целом все понравилось - персонал отеля очень дружелюбный: мы попросили поменять номер без вида на бассейн, т.к. в номерах с видом на бассейн шумно до полуночи из-за музыки в соседнем отеле и нам любезно поменяли номер. Видно, что отель старается подстроиться под туристов, т.к. время ужина ближе к европейскому чем к испанскому - с 19 до 21:30 (в других отелях ужины могут быть только с 20, что для многих поздновато). Также выселение в отеле до 11, тогда как в других отелях с 10 - что тоже приятно порадовало. Хороший шведский стол, с морепродуктами, шампанским на завтрак, шоколадным фонтаном на ужин и любезным персоналом - привет Фернандо и Лусиано. Из-за позднего заселения мы пропустили ужин и нам компенсировали его обедом на следующий день. В отеле есть какие-то развлекательные активности - аквааэробика днем, выступление певцов вечером - информацию показывают на экране напротив лифта.
Нет отдельных полотенец для бассейна или пляжа (в других отелях выдают такие под залог), но с другой стороны брать полотенце с номера не запрещено. Удивительно, но в солнечной Испании невкусные помидоры - те что были на шведском столе нам не понравились, также хотелось бы побольше зелени. Кофе на завтраке невкусный, а если делать с молоком - то какой-то сладкий. Вторую карточку от номера если проживаете вдвоем выдают не сразу - какая-то странная система, что нужно сначала открыть дверь первой карточкой и потом только система сможет сделать вторую карточку. Но это все мелочи, в целом все было прекрасно.

buffet petit dejeuner avec de l'eau ouf ouf heureusement... et buffet le soir copieux mais tres court les horaires chambre ca va buffet sympa on a de tout mais une semaine ca suffit le train à proximité pour promener la voiture une fois trouver un parking gratuit n'a plus bouge
les horaires pour le repas de midi et les
diners du soir 19h et 21h30 max.... bon on est en espagne on mange tard non , l'eau et le vin sont payant en demi pensions le vin je comprends mais l'eau non......... heureusement j ai pas pris all inclusive mais seulement demi pension le soir on ne nous informe pas que l'on doit paye l'eau (ca m a choquée) et le vin pour ceux qui en boive en demi pension pas de place pour ce garer devant l hotel pour au moins decharger les bagages rien de prevu pas de parking sauf plus loin
Tout était bien. La piscine de l'hôtel très appréciable. La mer en traversant la rue. Le restaurant plus qu'il en faut. Le personnel très à l'écoute et très sympathique. Nous y étions déjà venus..
Le petit déjeuner et le dîner franchement au top beaucoup de choix. Le personnels de la réservation surtout une en particulier très accueillante avec ces beau ongles rouges et blanc un grand merci pour vôtre accueil .bien placé dans le centre l'ambiance du soir au top .je reviendrais avec plaisir avec une chambre côté piscine je n'ai pas eu la chance de pouvoir la réserver.

Gunstige ligging aan de boulevard. Goede bedden, gevarieerd menu.
Personeel restaurant niet heel erg vriendelijk en leken er soms geen zin in te hebben. Receptie- en barpersoneel was daarentegen super vriendelijk.
Hotel hier en daar gedateerd. Badkamer wel modern maar onlogisch verbouwd. Lekkage douchescherm.
Veel geluidsoverlast van naastgelegen hotel.
