I will definitely go back again, but if u want a room with pool or ocean view don’t book a single room.
Pros:

Location, facility, staff.

Cons:

Only negative is that it says ocean view for single rooms which is not correct, there is no ocean view.

Le personnel était très sympathique, la chambre était jolie et confortable avec une super vue, très agréable pour les couchers de soleil.

Cons:

Le SPA était en travaux et nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le SPA justement donc c'était dommage. Lorsque nous l'avons appris, il était trop tard pour trouver un autre hôtel. L'hôtel nous a cependant proposé une compensation et c'était appréciable.
La chambre était mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, les discussions, les passages, et certains bruits de dehors.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, pulitissima, attrezzata, camere fornite di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo e crema mani e corpo tutto della rituals. Colazione top. Tutto perfetto veramente. Sicuramente il prezzo non è economico ma è veramente bellissimo.

La SPA, il loro punto forza non era funzionante e per il disservizio ci hanno dato un coupon del 10% del costo delle due stanze ma al momento del suo utilizzo abbiamo riscontrato ogni volta non pochi problemi. Il primo per averci fatto pagare 3 panini con iberico, una insalata, un sandwich deciso da loro il condimento tonno e salmone avevamo chiesto tutt’altro, una sangria bianca e 4 acque 215 euro… è tutto di cattiva qualità, un furto vero e proprio e la persona più indisponente di tutti era il responsabile del bar in piscina che oltre ad avere patito il caldo, in quanto la struttura all esterno non ha ventilatoti con il caldo di questi giorni abbiamo sofferto mangiare vicino la piscina, inoltre, si chiedevano servizi per in allergia grave all’uovo e hanno portato il contrario di quello che più volte avevamo spiegato. Il servizio lentissimo, circa 2 ore per ricevere le pietanze descritte sopra…

Cons:

La pulizia ed il confort delle stanze, bisogna avvertire gli ospiti che l area condizionata si stacca se le finestre non sono perfettamente sigillate e capitava che anche dopo le pulizie venivano lasciate leggermente aperte e la camera era caldissima. Dovrebbe essere messo in bella vista o alla richiesta di mal funzionamento dell’area condizionata informarci di questo.. non era prevedibile..,

Las intalaciones bien, peronse corto luz y agua sin q puedan resolverlo en tiempos acordes.
Pros:

La ubicacion las instalaciones las habitaciones y el desayuno estaban bien, modernas y limpias. El personal atento.

Cons:

La primera noche se corto el agua, no pudimos ni bañarnos. No avisaron, ni tuvieron la cortesía de llevarte agua para lavarte los dientes a la noche.
La segunda noche se corto la luz a las 21hs volvió recién en la madrugda, sin aire en verano, sin luz, sin cargar el celular. Si bien el personal fue amable, no manejaron bien la situación desde la organizacion. Tomabamos vuelo a la mañana siguiente y no teniamos luz para armar las maletas. Mucho calor sin aire, fue insoportable. Tardaron horas en resolverlo, no tenian generador, q para un hotel de este tamaño deberian tenerlo, no nos dueron mucha explicacion ni compensación por no poder brindar los servicios basicos en las 48hs q estuvimos.

Suitably located, comfortable, excellent service. Great stay ! Could use a coffee machine.
Pros:

Breakfast service was excellent, especially Ahmed. The location is suitable, and the cleaning service up to standards. The pool area and its staff were very good.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from a coffee machine and daily replenishment of a small water bottle. That can score a lot of points.
