Disappointed by the hotel’s treatment

We were informed only 10 days before our arrival that the spa and gym — both of which were listed as available amenities at the time of booking and were a key factor in our choice of this property — will be closed during our entire stay.It was unacceptable because we specifically selected and paid for a hotel offering these facilities and a 10-day notification did not allow us to find a comparable alternative at a reasonable price.We requested that the hotel should make a meaningful partial refund reflecting the reduced value of the stay or that a hotel should cover the access to a comparable spa facility nearby.Hotel did not even responded to our request.Highly unprofessional and poor client relation management.Considering that the reason for closure of spa was renovation,which was definitely not planed just 10 days in advanced,I would say fraudulent as well.Nothing was offered even upon arrival,not a sole “sorry for the inconvenience” . We had two rainy days when we wanted to use the sauna and indoor pool but we couldn't. In general not a experience of a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De juiste auto reserveren en ehbo waren perfect geregeld.
Het uitzicht over de haven naar Ibiza stad is prachtig.
Het ontbijt was heerlijk en enorm uitgebreid.

locatie tussen Talamanca en Ibiza stad en Botafoch, hier is van alles te beleven.

Cons:

Op het laatste moment op de hoogte gebracht dat Gym e.d. waren gesloten.
Heel gehorig in de slaapkamer en gang, veel lawaai van partygangers die s;nacht in het hotel aan kwamen.
Brood bij ontbijt was goor fabrieksbrood, Play Doh😜

Pros:

It's an ok hotel. Bit outdated but a good value for money and a very nice view from breakfast. The single room was very nice and spacious with a balcony. The location is good. It's 30 minutes walk from Ibiza town and very close to Talamanca beach.

Cons:

The spa was closed during my stay and I was informed about this just one day before the arrival...

The location is great

Cons:

They told us one day before arrival at the gym is not accessible and that there is also no parking available due to construction.

They announced we would get a partial refund of the Booking but we never received not even a small refund.

In addition to that did one of the staff members who was extremely unpolite knock for 10 minutes at 8 o’clock in the morning at my room since they had to enter the room because water was lacking in the room below. This is really unacceptable.

Le petit déjeuné

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour une raison : les prestations offertes à savoir le spa. Le spa n’était pas disponible. Nous en avons été informées la veille du départ, donc dans l’impossibilité de changer d’établissement

Pas de retour sur ce point ni de l’hôtel ni de booking ce qui n’est pas normal

Également l’établissement est bruyant.
Et la propreté du linge de lit et de salle de bain peut laisser à désirer.

Een top plek, met een aantal aanpassingen zouden we er zeker terugkomen.
Pros:

De locatie was top!

Cons:

-Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten
-De spa werd verbouwd en dit was van te voren niet gecommuniceerd.
-Een late checkout was niet mogelijk, en doordat de spa dicht was, konden we ook niet nog even gebruik maken van de faciliteiten om te douchen.
