Good stay but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Good location, lovely pool and bar area and good breakfast.

Cons:

Spa wasn’t working and the rooms were basic - no water or tea/coffee facilities.

Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Location was great - quiet yet close to the old town, plus you could watch the boats and ferries going in and out of the marina. The pool area was spacious, the staff were very attentive and it had great tunes all day. All the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent!

Cons:

Beds could have been a bit more comfy.

Hotel un po’ trascurato , colazione buona ma servizio scarso e poca attenzione al cliente , in camera neanche una bottiglia d’acqua nonostante il frigo bar , la chiedi alla reception e te la fanno pagare, inaccettabile per un 4 stelle con il costo che ha a notte.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist hervorragend alles ist schnell erreichbar und der wunderschöne Talamanca Beach ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ruhig, bot eine schöne Aussicht und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Obwohl wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten, gab es zwei Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Nur eine Woche vor unserer Anreise wurden wir per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass der Spa- und Fitnessbereich wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist. Da wir das Hotel bereits Monate im Voraus gebucht hatten und es Hochsaison auf Ibiza war, war es praktisch unmöglich, kurzfristig eine gleichwertige Alternative zu finden. Eine entsprechende Entschädigung oder Preisreduktion wurde uns leider nicht angeboten.
Am Abreisetag hatten wir einen späten Flug und fragten nach einer Möglichkeit, uns nach dem Strandbesuch zu duschen. Leider gab es weder einen Duschraum noch ein verfügbares Zimmer. Als einzige Option wurde uns die kalte Aussendusche am Pool angeboten, die für alle zugänglich war. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse empfinden wir das als unzureichenden Service und sehr schade.
