I would definitely go back- the staff really need to improve customer skills.

Cons:

We arrived at 11:00 pm and the room they gave us was not clean. They moved us to another room, but the staff almost looked annoyed at us that they had to do that.

The next day, we left the hotel all day and came back at 8 pm, and our room still hadnt been cleaned. When we asked why they were rude and said the cleaning lady had left. It was bizarre . It ended up getting cleaned after 9 pm. Unacceptable for 450 euros a night.

Autrement, le séjour était parfaitement réussi grâce à l’hôtel.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’établissement. L’emplacement près de la Marina est super. Le personnel est très gentil, la piscine et le bar très très bien, les chambres avec vue sur mer, 10/10.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif que j’y trouverai est le fait qu’il n’y a pas d’eau dans les chambres. Aussi, nous avons souhaité nous restaurer à midi dans l’hôtel car il y avait de forte pluie et la réceptionniste nous a informé qu’il n’y avait rien pour manger à midi.

EZ stark renovierungsbedürftig - schlechte Ausstattung für den Preis
Pros:

Schöne Sicht auf die Altstadt und den Hafen, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Ich habe ein EZ gebucht, das war echt in die Jahre gekommen, schlechtes Bett und kaum Ablageflächen.
Aber der Gipfel war der Balkon (siehe Bilder), wer will denn da raus sitzen??
Frühstück hat mich auch nicht überzeugt, ich werde nicht nochmal kommen.

Pros:

Position is good, 20/25 min walking distance from Ibiza old town, but area very quite and the view is amazing. Parking was easy, pool area is nice, sunbeds not very comfortable but ok. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Bit of noise coming from adiacent room, nothing crazy but not very well isolated

OK, but hotel needs some work
Pros:

Breakfast didnt have enough selction and the coffee machine didn't work.

Cons:

The single room needs a touch of paint, new furniture, curtains, and a clean as marks everywhere.

Overall it was nice but expensive.
Pros:

The location was brilliant. The pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I thought it wasn’t good value for money. There were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. There was only one free bottle of water on the first day, and not even a water station to fill up bottles. I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel considering the price that I paid.

We expected much better - and by the sounds of it, we were not the only ones. Many guests complained

breakfast poor. Rooms poorly designed. staff were pleasant but absolutely needed to be, as the facilities were dated and needed much work.
