Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect!! I loved the neighborhood. Extremely walkable and you could get a cab or bus very easily.

There is no one to help with the luggage. And this is unbelievable at a 4-star hotel in Palma. Not even someone that could help me park my car. But Marc was great m. Credits to him.

In quattro giorni avevo avuto un’esperienza positiva, grazie anche alla gentilezza del personale della colazione. Purtroppo, l’ultima mattina un addetto alla colazione diverso molto giovane è stato sgarbato e poco professionale, rifiutandosi inizialmente di prepararmi un espresso nonostante la macchina self-service non funzionasse. Un singolo membro dello staff può davvero alzare o abbassare in pochi minuti la percezione di un hotel quattro stelle.

Hotel de qualitat ben ubicat
Pros:

- El tracte del personal ha estat excel·lent
