Room is quite good, location of the hotel is quite good also. The breakfast was not rich, the cutleries and the plates and the cups are not clean, always have sticky things on it. However, the serving people are quite friendly.
Hygiene is dangerously poor. We were first hand witnesses to a number of hygiene violations, the worst of which is the mixing of dirty and clean towels in the same housekeeping trolley. I have never seen anything like this in my life, and I have been travelling and staying in all sorts of hotels for the last 40 years. What is even worse than the violation is how the Hotel senior manager dealt with it. Her exact words were "mistakes happen, maybe the housekeeping lady was in a hurry". Mistakes!!! in a hurry!!! This is an extremely dangerous violation as hotel guests may get skin and other diseases/infections that are transmitted through dirty towels.

Perfect location, right at the center of Palma but slightly away from crowds. Great facilities, bigger rooms than most hotels.
