Cons:

Meget skuffende. Værelset lignede slet ikke det fine og moderne værelse, vi så på Booking’s billeder. Gamle og slidte møbler og et meget lille vindue. Brusevæg var fuld af kalk og så ret beskidt ud - samtidig med at det lugtede af klorin på hele hotellet.
Cromecast funktion på fjernsynet virkede ikke og personalet kunne ikke hjælpe overhovedet.
Ingen dyne på værelset i slutningen af oktober - kun lagener - det var alt for koldt.
Dårlig morgenmad med lavkvalitetsprodukter. Og hvis du fx beder om vafler fra menukortet, er de ikke frisklavede.

Great location and bed, but disappointing amenities make it fall short of a four-star stay.
Pros:

Prime Location: Fantastic central spot—you can easily walk everywhere, and there are plenty of local bus stops nearby for getting around.

Beautiful Property: The hotel itself is housed in a very impressive, beautiful building.

Spacious & Comfortable Bed: The room was very large, and the bed was massive, firm, and extremely comfortable for a solid night's sleep.

Responsive Room Service (Eventually): Additional blankets were brought up the next day after we requested them at reception.

Cons:

Dated Rooms & Poor Bedding: The room was noticeably dated. The bedding was very thin, no extra blankets were in the room initially, and you only get one very flat pillow per person with no extras provided.

Disappointing Breakfast: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We went down one morning and left a few minutes later after seeing what was offered—it’s overpriced for what it is, especially with so many great local cafes nearby serving delicious food for less.

Inconvenient Spa/Gym Access: You have to book gym and spa visits through reception in advance, but it was often very difficult to get through to them over the phone.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room and bed were large, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the waitress excellent. We could walk to and around the centre of Palma and we are over 70

Cons:

Maybe an extra blanket/ cover for the bed and a proper pillow

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The hotel is absolutely unwilling to work with guests who need to change travel plans. I needed to cancel at another property and extend my stay at this property and it had to be done through multiple bookings and, at one point, an inadvertent cancellation left me with hundreds in fees which the property were unwilling to waive. Also, pillows and beds are unbelievably uncomfortable.

das Personal war immer sehr hilfreich, Größe von Zimmer und Bad waren angenehm, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft

Cons:

ein Stuhl oder Sessel mit einer Rückenlehne zum relaxen hat gefehlt, es gab einen Stuhl zum kerzengrade sitzen und einen Sessel dessen Sitzfläche nur 20 cm über dem Boden und viel zu weich war

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

Just the best hotel in Palma City. Very happy friendly staff. Clean, cassic beautiful hotel & rooms, great sleep. Great cold buffet breakfast & hot chices too served at your table. Beautiful windmills view from our balcony.
