J’apprécie cet hôtel depuis mon enfance et j’y séjourne régulièrement. Son principal atout est sans aucun doute son emplacement exceptionnel, au cœur des forêts. L’air pur, le calme et la nature environnante offrent une ambiance unique. Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour au contact de la nature

Cons:

certains points mériteraient une amélioration. Les chambres nécessitent davantage d’entretien et de rénovation. Le spa et le hammam pourraient également offrir une meilleure qualité de service, la restauration pourrait être améliorée, notamment en termes de variété et de qualité.
Malgré ces remarques, je continue à recommander cet hôtel pour son cadre naturel exceptionnel et son emplacement stratégique, qui restent pour moi ses plus grandes qualités.

Amazing hidden beauty such a wonderful place

Everything its my third stay here .
A beautiful caring staff team in a beautiful remote part of Tunisia in the mountains near the Algerian border.
Food is lovely a lot choices to cater for most people

Cons:

I was hoping Animation was available every night .
Sorry to say the life guards in the pool need to be more vigilant as they spend most of their time on their mobiles.
One client was unwell and i felt there should be more caring and customer focused

Thank you for the staff Zied on the reception and all the other staff other than the spa staff was not professional specially the lady on the spa reception wearing white clothes.

Cons:

The lady wearing white , responsible for the reservation on the SPA center was talking to us very badly
And she was not professional she told me : i am not replying to any email it is not my work
