un très agréable séjour
Pros:

Nous avons d'abord été transférés du Mouradi Menzah au Mouradi Hammamet, deux hôtels adjacents.

L'hôtel était encore plus beau que je ne l'avais imaginé.

Cons:

bon comme j'ai réservé une chambre triple pour 3 personnes (507 euros ttc comme marqué dans le voucher de BOOKING) et en réalité nous étions 4 cad moi et ma femme et notre enfant de 13.5 ans et le petit de 4 ans alors à l'acueil il m'on dit que le gosse de 4 ans doit payé donc j'ai accepté et j'ai payé en tout (635 euros) pour les 4 par la suite j'ai demandé une facture, il m'ont donné une facture au total en ttc (1692 DT soit 507 EUROS) alors j'ai leurs dit que j'ai payé plus que ce montant, ensuite............ c'est devenu des histoires ou j'etait déçu .................et l'idée d'avoir une facture c'est pour que j'assure que le montant que j'ai payé soit réellement encaissée par l'etablissement

Pros:

Le réceptionniste etait accueillant et sympathique le reste catastrophique

Cons:

La non chalance des serveurs et surtout le fameux simo responsable d'animation très décevant non accueillant.
