Very relaxing and refreshing stay.
Pros:

Superb location with quiet seaview and very good food options. The villa would be a good choice for a 3+ day stay. I also liked the breakfast a lot as it contained a rich variety of food choices to pick from.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful position
Pros:

Everything except for price of alcohol

Cons:

We ate in the buffet restaurant and at the pasta and pizza bistro… in both , we noticed hardly anyone had an alcoholic drink. We asked a few people why they didn’t drink with their meals and they all said the wine was too expensive. If you reduced the prices , you would be selling far more. If one of your managers were to go to the restaurant and question guests , I’m sure the reply would be the same.

Все чудово, гарний готель.
Pros:

Готель з басейном ( але ми жодного разу не скористалися, бо поряд чудове море). Окремий бонус безкоштовні лежаки і парасольки на морі для гостей готелю. Приємні адміністратори.
Сніданки та вечері різноманітні та свіжі.

Cons:

Прибирання кімнат не було щоденним.

Отель расположен комфортно в заливе с частным выходом к морю… отель 3* но я бы даже ему дал 4*…хорошая, зеленая, большая территория…номера небольшие но хватает для отдыха..рядом много кафе, ресторанов и мест для прогулок.

Cons:

Нам было не понятно, почему мы должны платить за шезлонги и зонтик на берегу моря если это территория отеля??! Везде указано что это пляж отеля но нужно за 2 шезлонга и зонтик заплатить 28 €…! Как то это не правильно… ну и бассейн не прогревается от солнца и вода прохладная… почему бы его не подогревать? Кафе на берегу моря цены как по мне завышены и не вкусно кормят!завтраки в отели достаточные но не разнообразные.. рыбы, салатов маловато..но все приемлемо и можно быть сытым!

A nice stay in a pretty location.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good facilities and comfy beds. The beach bar was particularly nice and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons:

The room was really small and had a tiny bathroom which made life difficult regardiung luggage storage.

Pros:

Les piscines la plage de cailloux et les transats et parasols gratuits.

Cons:

Les français au fond des couloirs... Salle bains petite. Pas de connexion wifi télévision donc pas de chromecast et le personnel n a pas du faire alors que les autres chambres l avaient. Buffet copieux mais quelconque

Trotz wunderschöner Lage kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Wenn man keine Verpflegung mitgebucht hat, wird es aber anstrengend, da der nächste Laden recht weit entfernt ist. Aufgrund der Hanglage kommt es einem viel ärger vor, als es tatsächlich ist. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und die Freizeitangebote toll - man kommt gar nicht dazu, alles zu nutzen (Gaming Room, Indoorpool, Fitnessraum etc.). Die Aussicht hängt von der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie ab, aber vom Pool oder vom Meer aus, ist die Umgebung wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (v.A. männliche Mitarbeiter) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man kommt sich vor, als würde man sie beim Nichtstun stören, wenn man etwas von ihnen möchte (egal ob im Hotel, Restaurant oder am Strand). Vielleicht hat es aber nicht mit dem Hotel zu tun, sondern es sind generell die Menschen in dieser Gegend so.. jedenfalls war es keine schöne Erfahrung. Das Essen ist leider auch nur mittelmäßig, es ist aber nett angerichtet und man hat genug Auswahl für diese Hotelkategorie. Die Wände sind recht dünn und nicht gut isoliert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Gang und man hörte jeden Schritt. Die Ausstattung (Möbel, Türgriffe etc.) könnte eine Servicierung vertragen. Was uns aber am meisten enttäuscht hat, war der Service: sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Restaurant. Es wurde auch vorab vereinbart, dass eine nette Überraschung zum Geburtstag der Tochter vorbereitet wird, was letztendlich nicht geklappt hat. Trotz Rückfrage und Info, dass es am zweiten Tag folgen würde, da es angeblich Lieferschwierigkeiten gegeben hatte, wurde der Wunsch auch am zweiten Tag nicht erfüllt. Das nochmalige Nachfragen war uns dann zu blöd und wir haben es dabei belassen. Das Hotel hat unserer Meinung nach zu Recht nur 3 Sterne, trotz wunderschöner Lage. Der Preis dafür ist aber eindeutig zu hoch.

weitläufig mit vielen Angeboten
Pros:

Man kann hervorragend direkt am Hotel im Meer schwimmen, es gibt viele schöne Fische zu sehen. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort auf dem Rückweg, denn man ist nicht mehr sehr weit vom Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist prima, abends empfehle ich eins der Restaurants zu wählen und à la carte zu essen. Ausflugsziel mit dem Linienboot: Cavtat! Don’t miss !
