Bon petit déjeuner assez varié. Personnel disponible et courtois.

La réservation faite en double.jai demandé l'annulation 1 des 2
J'attends encore la confirmation de cette annulation. pourtant a l'arrivée de l'hôtel et au départ j'ai bien précisé a l'accueil de l'hôtel. Le monsieur au bureau me dise que c'est booking qui doit annuler sans frais
Bizarre me semble..a suivre.
Il fait très chaud le clim que dans les chambres et null part dans les espaces public....
L'hôtel un peu vieillot manque un peu d'entretien
Les personnels très a l'écoute et très sympathique
Pour moi je le conseille et j'y retourne une autre fois inchallah.

It is important for everyone to realize that this is a hotel with an African 3-star rating so in that context, it is more than good - it is excellent.

This is my third time here, as the hotel’s finest quality is that it has a soul and wonderful energy, thanks to the hosts' hospitality.

I want to commend the entire staff that work realy hard, bartenders and waiters (Azis, Iheb, Samir), as well as the animation team (Johnny, Billy, Zio, and Hamidous), Mohamed for water sport activitis and fitness,
and the management, who do a fantastic job: Madam Leila, the general manager and beatiful Meriem, the Guest Relations Manager who are dedicated to each guest individually and truly strive to fulfill all wishes and requests very quickly.

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. L'accueil, le service, la gentillesse du personnel et le professionnalisme de la directrice ont rendu cette expérience inoubliable. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j'espère y revenir très bientôt.

Our two-night stay at Mouradi Cap Mahdia was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the entire team.

A special thank you to Mrs. Leila, the Hotel Director, Mrs. Meriem, and all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable and memorable.

The hotel offers a beautiful beachfront location, clean facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly service. We had a wonderful vacation and left with great memories.

We highly recommend Mouradi Cap Mahdia to anyone visiting Mahdia. Thank you to the entire team—we look forward to coming back soon!

L albergo continua ad aggiornarsi ma è pulito , il personale è gentile , la qualità del cibo è buona e il mare è stupendo la posizione fantastica; la struttura propone anche servizio spa massaggi del quale ho usufruito tutta la vacanza veramente ottimo ve lo consiglio; L'animazione è locale e molto soft grazie a Billy Mido e Gigi per averci coinvolto in qualunque attività senza mai insistere ,grazie a Fed per averci portato ovunque e infine ringrazio di cuore Leyla e Meriem per assistenza e disponibilità , vi faranno sentire come in famiglia , sono meravigliose ❤️

Value for money… you get what you pay for so to speak.. the beach is lovely and the pool.
Rooms are very dated, and in need of a decent upgrade, flaking paintwork and bathroom is need of a refit. .
Hit and miss if our room was cleaned. Bin was emptied for a few days and had to keep asking for toilet roll.
Food- no allergy advice, breakfast was poor we be lucky if we could get a clean table or plates. However lady doing the omelettes she is top notch at omelettes making. Dinner unless we went for start time we never get a clean table or everything was nearly gone… lack of choice. We did eat out several times due to this..
Drinks: small cups so constantly going up to the bar. Plus the bar staff need educating in how to make cocktails and actually have the ingredients to make the one they charge for…
Sunbeds: get a mattress much nicer as most are broken
Animation team: lovely bunch and all so friendly!

the hotel is in a great location. For a 3-star property, the food quality, variety, cleanliness, and available facilities are quite good.

The management, the lunch and dinner staff, and the entertainment team are an absolute delight.

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Le buffet est varié, la nourriture est délicieuse et l’hôtel est très agréable, confortable et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et, c’est certain, nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir.
