Pros:

This hotel was beautiful and very comfortable for the price.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gute Lage, Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig bezüglich Wasserdruck und die Halterung war locker. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer ein bisschen abgewohnt.

Amazing apart from the above
Pros:

Everything apart from a manger and one of the reception team

Cons:

How when in a group not making any noise just chatting taking pics one of my family members where asked to keep quite. Also while checking in a lady who had claimed we skipped the queue when she was no where to be seen was really rude and shouting at us and the reception just let it happen. My sister in law arrived later in the day and when checking in was asked loads if undeserved questions one been that the hotel was very expensive,like she couldn't pay for it.

Top hotel with a friendly Miracle.
Pros:

Perfect location walking distance to city centre. Nice,clean and very helpful staff. Rooms were spotless got lucky with an upgrade to an executive suite from the very lovely and friendly Miracle at reception. Good value for money will book again.

Condolences on the loss of your GM. This hotel is my favourite hotel in Limerick, have stayed any time in the City.

Cons:

It has become a little bit shabby over the years. Rewards for frequent stays would be a good idea.

Bar & Restaurant let down
Pros:

Room fine but broken light switches by bedside lamps. Went for a night cap at 23:20 to find that they ran out of Guinness and decided to have a spirit instead only to be told that there was only one cube of ice left that unfortunately they were also out of ice. How hard is to go to the ice machine even though it’s nearly closing time. Hotel loss as I like a good bit of ice with my spirits and decided against a room temperature drink. Also a dog sitting on a seat at a breakfast table in the morning. I do like dogs but not sitting at a table in a hotel restaurant. Bar and restaurant experience left a disappointing one star experience.
