Lovely place
Pros:

Unexpectedly very nice. Was obviously presumptuous theLimerick wouldn’t stack up up to what ever I was thinking. Definitely recommend the Limerick Strand & Limerick in general.

Great, will be back!
Pros:

Both staff and hotel were great, we stayed for my partners 30th and staff made an effort to deorate room and included a discount for breakfast! Will stay again if ever visiting Limerick again.

The hotel was in an excellent location for walking into town and exploring.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. I used the pool and found the facilities to be very nice.

Cons:

When we arrived the staff was too busy with a large party to get us into our room, so instead of using the pool and relaxing we had to change our plans and go out exploring.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

We stayed for one night while attending a concert at King John’s Castle, and overall we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made feel very welcome. The wonderful Snow checked us in and looked after us superbly throughout our stay. Impressively, Snow remembered me from a previous stay at a different hotel a number of years ago.
The hotel is ideally located, and our room had a lovely view overlooking the Shannon. We also dined in the restaurant, where the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

It was lovely and great if going to a concert in Kings Johns castle.

Cons:

When we went to the residents bar and we had 2 drinks then staff told my husband cocktails weren’t being served anymore at 11.30 ish and just wines or beers etc but then the bar staff served other customers cocktails. It was very annoying to be honest. I wouldn’t use the residents again.
