Por la noche nos atendió un hombre que no sabia mucho inglés y nos trasmitió inseguridad, por la mañana una mujer q parecía la dueña que nos trató bastante bien! La llave hay q dejarla siempre en el hotel, no lo entendemos!!

Highlight of the stay.. The view from the window was honestly Great.

The view is stunning from this hotel. Good job!

Cons:

The amenities could be a bit improved.
In the beginning there was no water offered (which in summer is crucial, but.. when we asked at the desk they offered us a big bottle of water. This can potentially be easily improved.

Great value for the price, with a good location.
Pros:

The location to the cable cars and stores was perfect.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we expected. We found it difficult to position 2 suitcases in the room and had to climb over the bed to get around our luggage.
