This resort is amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, kind, and very hard working. The entire facility was very clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and included many options. We will be visiting again! Pura vida!

We had 4 great nights here. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well situated across the resort. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was cool with a living plant. Only noise was from our neighbor who we could hear if we were both in the bathroom at the same time. The front porch area felt private and was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a highlight and comporable to the all-inclusive places we've been. The hot springs were surrounded by lush grounds and not too crowded. Happy hour was the busiest time at the pool, and was a good and fun energy. The hotel is located just a bit outside of La Fortuna, but a central location for everything we wanted to do. It was a great spot for our visit to Arenal area.
Beautiful resort. The hot springs were incredible and plenty of them. The pool area was nice with a small swim up bar. Views of the volcanos from every angle. Rooms were spacious with shower. Quick service by staff and shuttles if you did not want to walk. Kids ages 11 and 12.
Daily breakfast was good and quick service. Close to town for easy sight seeing if you wanted to leave the property.
Nice treat at check in for our anniversary.

Just got back from an amazing time at the Arenal Manoa Resort. From check-in to check-out, everything was magnificent. We were there celebrating our son's graduation/birthday and they decorated the room for him with balloons, streamers, and towel animals. It was such a surprise and delight when we walked in. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It is a big property but they have a shuttle service that will take you to the pool, restaurants, reception, and they will even drive you around to try and find a sloth or toucan! The breakfast in the morning has everything you could ever want. It's huge and really good quality food. The pool area is fun, the swim up bar has yummy beverages, and the hot springs and secluded and feel so special when you are in them. I can't say enough great things about this place!
We had a fabulous experience at Arenal Manoa Resort. From check-in to check-out we received attentive service. Reception, house keeping, restaurant staff, each was kind and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Special shout out to Armando (who was stationed at breakfast crafting made-to-order eggs and omelets). Always a huge smile and friendly conversation. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. We ate dinner on property 2 times (due to heavy rain we didn't want to drive in town). Both meals were exceptional. The property is beautifully landscaped and each "cottage" felt secluded. We traveled with 2 young adult children and were able to have adjoining rooms (in our own cottage) with beautiful views of the volcano. I highly recommend this resort. I called the resort and booked directly and received a 10% discount.

Wow! Only stayed 1 night, but loved the room, the property and the breakfast. The room was very clean and had a great view of Arenal volcano when the sun briefly came out. We arrived at night in the pouring rain, but had a good pizza poolside and then relaxed in the hot springs. As we checked out in the morning, I asked if there had been a sloth spotting that morning. A bellhop escorted us and pointed one out!
Lots of hotels are great when things go right, but it takes a truly exceptional hotel to make things right when they go wrong.
When one of the hotel staff hit our rental car with a golf cart, manager Marie Jose sprung into action. She helped us reschedule a cooking lesson, she dealt with our rental company, and the hotel covered all the damages. She made it much easier for us to get past a stressful situation and put our focus back on our much-needed vacation.
The hotel itself is stunning. Our room faced the volcano, which you can see on a clear day. Breakfast is great and the hot springs were super relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.
Amazing place with on site hot springs which gave us hours of soaking right beside the pool area. The view from the restaurant area for breakfast were breath taking and one I will remember forever. Humming birds just outside your door, we did see a baby croc, sloth. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 3. Rooms cleaned daily and bathrooms were spacious.
Breakfast was lovely, as was the swim up bar and food by the pool, certainly pricey but delish. I couldnt fault the place and would certainly recommend.
We didn't have a car but Urber or taxi into LaFortuna worked for us.

What an exquisite property! We had an amazing stay because of the beauty, cleanliness, staff friendliness, views, and just feeling a part of nature! Everything about our stay was delightful! We were commemorating a special event, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated! The fruit tray we ordered in advance to be in our room was super yummy! The breakfast was delightful each morning and room service was excellent! The hot springs were so fun to explore and experience the different temperatures. Amazing!!!
