das Zimmer kommt sehr steril über und hat nicht so viel Charm, aber es war sehr grosszügig und die Lage war super, ich hatte Sicht direkt zum Vulkan.

Belle chambre avec belle vue, hot springs dans la verdure, très agréables
Pros:

Très belles chambres avec vue sur le volcan. Petit déjeuner excellent avec énormément de choix. Les hot springs sont top, jolies, dans la verdure, pas ouvertes au public hors hôtel donc ce n'est pas bondé.

Cons:

La piscine centrale est très froide et franchement pas très jolie. Le premier hot spring jacuzzi qui est proche de la piscine n'est pas beau et défraichi et mérite d'être refait.

A peaceful escape with amazing hot springs, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing, especially the hot springs, which were the highlight of our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The breakfast restaurant has a breathtaking view, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. One of the staff members was especially kind and went out of his way to help us spot a sloth in the surrounding trees, which made our stay even more memorable. I truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay overall, near the volcano.
Pros:

The location was great, hot springs, breakfast delicious and service was top notch.

Cons:

The rooms feel dated and the bathrooms could also get an upgraded look, the dark soiled plant in the middle of the bathroom is too much I think.
