Central affordable comfy stay in Christchurch
Pros:

central, friendly staff, large room, very clean. Certainly one of the better options in Christchurch. We will stay longer next time and definitely choose Ibis.

Cons:

Noise from the street, which is busy until late at night. It did not stop us from having a good sleep.

Pros:

Perfect location to the city centre, eateries, the New stadium ( 10 min walk), shops.

Cons:

Not enough parking on-site, had to go to parking building. Fridge in the room was very noisy. View was building across the street.

Simple no frills property
Pros:

For the price I can't complain. A no frills comfortable room that is a 5min walk to central CHC.

Cons:

The room is starting to feel dated and still felt dark with all lights turned on.

Great location for Te Kaha Stadium. Friendly staff, great simple rooms.
Pros:

The room and location was just what I wanted for my one night stay near te Kaha for the Six60 concert. I loved the breakfast options.

Cons:

I was very cold when I returned to my room after 11pm. I had to fold my duvet in half to make a double layer to get warm as there wasn’t a spare blanket in the cupboard.
Unfortunately the coffee in the restaurant was awful. Having barista made coffee would be much nicer.
