Room was great size for family off 5
Room was quite noisy with sounds off traffic, sounded like bedroom window was open.
All was closed. Appart from that it was great
Great bar food. Pool excellent
Breakfast okay very long wait time for orders. Breakfast very expensive
Big rooms with big beds and free parking
A bit soulless and for the money you can get a nice breakfast included in this neck of the woods. Please provide conditioner as my hair was very puffy with the soap provided, and our AC was leaking and making a puddle by the entrance of our room.
Good facilities for children
Good location for onward travel
Was turned away from restaurant as they had a prebook party, even though they had a no booking policy.
Noise levels at 5am were ridiculous, loud thumping music woke whole family despite a quiet policy from 11pm-7am
Food was lovely and not too pricey as Ireland is usually very expensive . Staff were nice and friendly .
Only one lift working which looking back at reviews has been an ongoing process . This is very busy hotel so this should be a priority to get this fixed . I have poor legs so I struggled to climb 4 floors but I seen older people much worse off than myself .
Good location
Beds weren’t very comfortable and the breakfast was very poor quality and expensive
Lits confortables
Breakfast was very good but I thought it should have been included in the booking price.
We had a brilliant stay from start to finish. We travelled with our two small children and the hotel was very well suited for families.
Dinner was excellent. The kids were given crayons and colouring books, there was a kids’ club that evening, and their food was brought out straight away, which was a great touch. The food for us was top class too.
The next morning we booked a slot for the pool, and there’s also a small playground for the kids.
Overall, we couldn’t fault the hotel. Great food, lovely staff and excellent service. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with young children.
Nothing
Breakfast and pool
Wee had an open door to our balcony which was excess-able from the roof with 3 children in room there was half eating biscuits on the floor that 3 year old ate
Nice space and location
