Pros:

I really appreciate the standard suite with the king size bed on the 2nd floor. The mini grand staircase case along with the elevator gave two options of easy access from the lobby amenities to.second level .

Cons:

No telephone in the suites, BYOCP🥲. If you know.what I mean.

Cons:

Chose this location for the SOLE purpose of an indoor pool. Found out once there that the heater was broken and has been broken and was too frigid to enter. Previous guests had complained I was told, yet nothing was done to fix it. I would never have paid more for this location if the website would have made it known. Was also charged by Booking.com for "free" breakfast but hotel did not have any checks to get breakfast so I don't think I should have been charged extra for it. Smelled like weed and people were screaming profanities in the hall. Nothing done about it.

Shower wasn’t hot
Breakfast staff was very rude, I asked for some bread as there wasn’t any, she said wait she’s cooking, she then cleaned tables and left me standing, I asked again & she snapped at me saying she couldn’t do it as she needed to put her cart down!!
