Fantastic. Bordeaux exceeded our expectations, amazing friendly people and so much to see and do.
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, polite and extremely helpful.
Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice. The egg chef was particularly good, he does the most amazing omelettes to your liking. The pool is fantastic and the spa staff were lovely.
We had dinner at Gordon Ramsey’s and although it wasn’t the best taster menu we’ve ever had, it was very nice and the staff were delightful.

Great location and good breakfast - the spa was a bonus, lovely rooms
Pros:

Lovely traditional style rooms and super friendly staff. Concierge was super helpful when asking reccomendations for dinner and check in staff were very professional and welcoming.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel bien décoré, la chambre était confortable, calme et très propre.
Tout le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, serviable et très professionnel, merci beaucoup !
Nous avons pu profiter du spa qui dispose d'une grande piscine, ainsi que du rooftop et du bar de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Rien ! Le prix est cher mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Séjour professionnel décevant pour un établissement de cette catégorie, avec un réel sentiment de déclassement par rapport à ma réservation initiale.
J’avais réservé une chambre « King Size Classique ». À l’arrivée, je découvre une chambre avec moquette déchirée et marbre de salle de bain très abîmé. La chambre était propre, mais l’état général ne correspondait pas au standing attendu.
En partant dîner, j’ai signalé ma déception et l’on m’a proposé un changement de chambre à mon retour. Malheureusement, les deux chambres proposées étaient plus petites, avec vue sur cour intérieure, petite fenêtre en hauteur type vasistas et faible hauteur sous plafond, donnant clairement un sentiment de déclassement malgré leur meilleur état général. Étant donné l’heure tardive après une journée de travail, j’ai accepté l’une d’elles car elle était au moins en meilleur état.
Le lendemain matin, je constate également que le bec de baignoire ainsi que le fer à repasser ne fonctionnent pas, ce qui est regrettable lors d’un déplacement professionnel.
Le personnel est resté courtois et a finalement offert le petit déjeuner en chambre en compensation.
Enfin, il s’agissait également du jour de mon anniversaire. Sans attendre nécessairement une attention particulière, l’absence de considération lors du check-in renforce le sentiment d’une expérience impersonnelle, loin des standards habituellement associés à ce type d’établissement.
L’expérience globale reste très en dessous du niveau attendu au regard du tarif et du positionnement de l’établissement.
