Friendly staff, clean. We go every year.

Great location. We had 1st floor room, right across from Dining room. Absolutely NO noise could be heard! Very impressed.

While this hotel was priced fairly the experience was not memorable.
Pros:

The bed was good. It was comfortable to sleep in.

Cons:

Our lamp shade has boogers or blood on it. The hot tub had a ring of mildew. The fruit for the breakfast bar was bad / rotten. The walls had stains by the table.

An Outstanding Hotel
Pros:

My son and I stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a conference in Grand Rapids. This is a really outstanding hotel in all of the ways we encountered the space. The common areas of the hotel and our room were very clean and attractive. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we received basic housekeeping attention each day. We used the fitness center daily, and although on the smaller side, there was enough for us and everything was in good working order. We did not swim, but we could see people in the pool each day swimming through the fitness center windows, and it clearly was a well-functioning pool. The breakfast was plentiful each day with good options and frequent restocking of items. The dining area encompassed two rooms that had plenty of space and natural light through the windows. It’s the type of space that felt welcoming to linger for a while. The location is convenient as it is right near an on and off ramp to the highway for easy access to all things Grand Rapids. That said, the hotel sits back from the main road so it does not have the feel of a noisy and busy area as is the case with some hotels near highways. This really is a very nice hotel and I would definitely choose it again while visiting Grand Rapids.

Great location, very comfortable and clean Hotel with a great continental breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, and hotel overall. The continental breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I didn't mind too much, but I didn't think it was professional for the continental breakfast workers on Saturday morning to be in the kitchenette area talking to each other for long periods of time.
