Great place to chill with amazing views
Pros:

Great location - short walk to old town - opted for half board and food was pretty good considering what we paid vs not taking half board. Staff were friendly, happy and helpful. Our suite was a good size with a shaded balcony. Pool area was great.

Cons:

Half board doesn’t include drinks which is a shame so you can wait some times for waiters to bring paid drinks from the bar.
Only small issues is the bathrooms are quite tired and it’s a shower over bath which would be tricky for some (we managed fine). Also pool bar was not yet open and no music but imagine this is different in high season - we were here 2 weeks before apparently.

Bonito y muy buen servicio.
El desayuno extraordinario!

Cons:

El baño, necesitaria remodelacion, tener tina hace un poco mas dificil y de riesfo el uso de la ducha en personas mayores.

Cons:

It is dated hotel in the uphills. The facilities are dated and the electricity is no good. The hotel was out of electricity. Even it resumed power, the electricity in the room was suddenly off.

Needs a full remodel
Pros:

Do not stay here. Only thing good is the breakfast. Hotel in dire need of a full remodel. The staff at front desk was not friendly but always eyeing you. Rooms are subpar and I do not stay in fancy hotels but this facility is old and sad.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff that greater us with a smile from check-in to checkout! The room was very nice and worked out very well for our family! Outdoor pool area was beautiful and a great place to spend some quality family time! Located about a 10 min walk from the main part of the city so not too bad of a walk at all! Would definitely stay here again!
