Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und sehr freundliches Personal! Der kleine Pool auf der Terrasse war völlig ausreichend! Zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Location is perfect! Very walkable to many landmarks, shopping, and food.
Atmosphere is great. Stylish and clean. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
Rooms need some updates which is why this is a 4 star rating instead of 5. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly though. Both are very important to me when traveling.
I can’t speak to value. We booked very late and naturally prices are more expensive the closer to the trip.
Breakfast was a highlight. Lots of great options including meats, cheeses, hot and cold veggies, fruit, yogurt, proteins, pastries, fresh juices, and coffee. Definitely a breakfast feast and our server, Irish, was always sweet and helpful.

Excelente servicio ! We stayed for 5 days had a great time. Location was great very easy walking to plaza Cataluña and paseo de gracia. As well as gothic quarter . My 18 yr old twins lived it . Room was always clean . Paola at breakfast was great and food was excellent . Ana at the bar in Mezza was awesome as well as alma at the pool terrace.

We stayed at the hotel beginning of May. After some shopping the cleaning staff threw away a newly purchased 250 EUR Sandro shirt still in the paper bag, along with a lot of newly bought Sephora products, unopened.

After some discussion with the lobby (who could not do anything at all), we managed to speak with the manager, Miguel. He told me to buy a new then the hotel would compensate, he was very sorry and then never answered again..... never paid.

5 emails later, 3 weeks later, still no answer from him nor the hotel.

We can not recommend the hotel and do not trust anybody working there.

The location is amazing the service is professional and the whole staff are very polite and helpful and smiling all the time I definitely will repeat it

Bardzo duży wybór produktów hiszpańskich na śniadaniu, a nawet szampan! Sam hotel jest bardzo stylowo wykończony, w lobby i przed wejściem posadzono piękne bujne rośliny oraz posiada "zabytkową" windę. Pokoje są przestronne, a łóżka wygodne. Sama lokalizacja super - blisko do dwóch stacji metra, restauracji, sklepu spożywczego (po drugiej stronie ulicy) i co najważniejsze zabytków.

Location, comfort, room, breakfast and staff

Very stylish, family friendly and great central location but somehow felt peaceful too

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The pool had a lovely chilled vibe with great drink selection and food. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice. We stayed here twice in the space of a week with a cruise sandwiched in between and it was the perfect spot for exploring the city and relaxing. The team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during the stays.

Lille og hyggeligt sted. Ikke for mange mennesker. God mad i restauranten Mezza. Hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale, fra reception, til housekeeping og restauranten.
