Fantastic service and location – highly recommended!
Pros:

The receptionists Miguel and Celia were very attentive and kind from the very first moment, even speaking Portuguese. Breakfast was excellent (though it could improve its gluten-free options). The location was excellent (near Gran Via and Passeig de Gràcia), with easy access to the main attractions (and public transportation), and both the bed and bathroom were great.

We loved the stay and location was amazing and the dutch trainees were the most amazing staff!!

We were amazed with the Dutch trainees. They were absolutely amazing with us. Room was big and clean.

We felt staff was a bit disorganized at breakfast. Although restaurant was always very empty. However, very friendly.

Charmant gelegen hotel met goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel, maar geen 4*-kwaliteit
Pros:

Het hotel is ondergebracht in een ouder, statig herenhuis dat bestaat uit aaneensluitende gebouwen, wat het geheel een zekere charme geeft. Daarnaast is het gelegen langs een goede verbindingsas, wat de bereikbaarheid zeker ten goede komt. Ook het personeel deed zichtbaar zijn best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.

Cons:

Voor mij haalt het hotel nét niet het niveau van een viersterrenervaring (bijvoorbeeld de kwaliteit van het ontbijt). De foto’s geven over het algemeen een correct beeld, met uitzondering van het dakterras: het zwembad is erg klein (versleten rieten omheining) en de loungezetels zoals op de foto zijn in werkelijkheid niet aanwezig.

The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to the most famous buildings and attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly and smiling, always ready to help. I would especially like to praise Amine from the reception who helped us solve problems on several occasions, very cordial and efficient.

Great stay in Barcelona!!!
Pros:

Very good location, clean, great bedroom and bathroom, nice pool bar, very good breakfast, the support staff (including kitchen) was very good and helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and friendly, they seemed new at the hotel.
