Categories

Cleanliness
8.1
Mixed reports: many guests praise excellent cleanliness and housekeeping, but a few reviews report very dirty, damp rooms and strong odors — overall slightly below top-tier.
Service
8.8
Generally praised (helpful reception staff, named positive mentions like Judith, porters praised); isolated incidents of rudeness and slow check-in lower the score slightly.
Location
9.3
Consistently highlighted as a major strength (multiple mentions: 'ubicación', 'posizione', convenient to shopping, good city views) — clear standout feature.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms described as spacious with good bath options and comfortable in many reviews, but some rooms dated, windows that don't open, and occasional uncomfortable beds or dampness noted.
Amenities
8
Good onsite facilities (restaurant, mall access, spa, pool, EV charger) but several complaints: small/poor gym, cold pool, broken machines, and renovation needs.
Value for Money
8.2
Mixed perceptions: some guests call it cheap/great value especially with breakfast, while others note high room rates and pricey restaurant charges.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast widely praised (several 'excellent' mentions); restaurant quality inconsistent and sometimes expensive, reducing an otherwise strong rating.
Overall Experience
9.4
Majority of reviews are very positive ('perfecto', 'increíble', strong likelihood to return) despite some service/room/amenity issues — results in a high overall impression.

The place is great if rooms are renovated
Pros:

The property is in a great location next to the mall, the reception was clean and the restaurant was very good in terms of quality and clean

Cons:

The rooms are very old and need an entire renovation. The bathroom was very old with many scratches and cracks. Also all the furniture inside the room were very old. However, the bed were comfy
