Ottima struttura
Pros:

Struttura molto gradevole, camere perfette e pulitissime. Colazione molto assortita e di buona qualità. Terrazza con piscina piccola ma funzionale e piacevole.

Pros:

Nice, extensive breakfast and excellent water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The room temperature varied from 23.5-25.5 degrees Celsius and was too hot for us in June. We did ask for it to be lowered and were told the thermostat is blocked as some people put the temperature down too low. The TV volume was set to not go above a certain level, which was fine for the Spanish stations as we could hear them easily but for the English stations it was too low and we could not really hear (and given we only speak English, this was not ideal). We misunderstood where the hotel was located and as the reception staff told us, we were not in the main tourist area which we wanted to be in, but this was our mistake.

Good breakfast and spa
Pros:

We had a chance to get access to spa. Breakfast had really wide variety. Rooms were good and staff were friendly.

Limpio y cómodo, pero con decisiones de diseño poco prácticas
Pros:

No lo recomendaría para familias si la reserva es para tres personas: la tercera cama fue muy incómoda, se hundía en el centro. la limpieza de la habitación fue excelente, la habitación era silenciosa y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy rápidos. También destacaría el servicio a la habitación: fue rápido y la calidad de la comida fue excelente.

Cons:

Lo peor, sin duda, fue la cama individual y el diseño de la regadera. Para un hotel de esta gama, esperaba una experiencia más cómoda y mejor resuelta, sobre todo al viajar en familia. La atención del personal fue amable, pero bastante impersonal, especialmente a la llegada. La ubicación no fue la más conveniente para nuestro viaje, aunque tampoco está mal: el centro y la estación de tren quedan aproximadamente a 20–30 minutos en transporte público.

Camerele au fost mari, spatioase, curate. Micul dejun absolut fantastic.

a fost foarte deranjant faptul ca usa sau camerele nu erau izolate fonic fata de zgomotul de pe hol. se auzea orice. de la usi trantite, galagie, discutii, carucioarele de pe hol. absolut orice miscare, totul se auzea destul de bine in camera si a fost foarte deranjant. lipsa periei de la toaleta este o alta problema, nu intelg de ce se renunta la aceasta perie care este foarte utilia si igienica pentru vasul toaletei. nu am inteleg nici modul de prezentare al pilotei - un cearsaf, pilota si un alt cersaf. pana dimineata erai strangulat intre toate acestea.

Pros:

Excelente hotel. Muito embora o preço tenha sido acima da média, o hotel valia pelo luxo, atendimento e instalações.
Restaurante muito bom, com comércio no próprio prédio, na parte de trás, que oferacia, café da manhã, lanches e jantar...
Saindo por trás do hotel tnhamos um centro shopping center muito bom e transporte a vontade, inclusive os ônibus hop on hop off. Recomenfo com empenho.
