Csodálatos helyen, teljes kikapcsolódást biztosító szállás.
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezetben fekszik a szálloda, a személyzet segítőkész, az ágy rendkívül kényelmes, legszívesebben ki sem bújna belőle az ember. A tengerpart nagyon közel van, a szállodában jók a szolgáltatások, a tömegközlekedés elérhető távolságban van.

Cons:

A reggeli időpontjáról előzetesen kértem felvilágosítást, amiről azt állították, hogy hétköznap 6:30-tól van, de valójában 7:00-től volt hétköznap és hétvégén egyaránt. A medence túl kicsi ennyi ember számára.

Pros:

Poloha hotela super, pár krokov a ste na dlhej a piesočnatej pláži , fitko , bazén sme len raz skúsili ináč sme sa kúpali v mori. Blízko mesta Sopot , požičali sme si bicykle a spravili si výlet na mólo Marína a do centra.
Raňajky sme mali rozmanité a veľmi chutné.
Personál bol milý a usmiaty.
Izby boli veľmi čisté a každý deň upratovali a menili uteráky.
Ďalej oceňujem aj animačný program pre deti a každý deň sa im premietala rozprávka.

Cons:

Čo sa mi nepáčilo že pre 4 člennú rodinu sa mi zdala dosť malá izba, po rozložení prístelky nám tam neostal žiaden skoro priestor na pohyb. Ale mali sme krásne počasie takže do izby sme chodili len sa vyspať.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent; we had everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food; I really appreciated that there were plenty of options for guests with dietary intolerances. The hotel’s location is excellent, right by the beach. A tram runs to the city—with a stop about 10 minutes away—and the journey to the center takes around 40 minutes.
I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for families with children, thanks to the indoor pool and the games room.

Cons:

Access to the pool is through the family (or men's) changing rooms, which is a bit inconvenient, but that is just a minor detail. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

obsługa w restauracji fish&gin - ludzie przypadkowi pracujący jakby za kare// kelnerka w spospób wyrzutu zwróricła uwagę ze nie zna menu bo jest drugi dzień w pracy - zupełnie nie jest to standard jakiejkolwiek kultury/ wodę podano w brudnej karawce, tatar wołowy mocno średni - ale tu jestem w stanie wybaczyć każdy ma inny smak. natomiast czystość na stolikach i podłodze powinna być nieskazitelna. Śniadania również oceniam mocno średnio/ brakuje personelu żeby znaleźć wolny i czysty stolik/ jedzenie również poprawne // pływający w oleju omlet i pomidory( w szczycie sezonu jak w styczniu) odbiegają od standardu hotelowego wg mnie.. cena nie jest adekwatna do ceny. Jedynie lokalizacja super bo bardzo blisko do morza . Niestety nie polece nikomu tego hotelu.

Cons:

Most of the staff are grumpy with limited or no hospitality. They never smile or greet you when you make that gesture. Probably suitable for local Poles, but not for international guests to Accor Hotels who expect a certain level of friendliness.

Don’t recomend this hotel.
Pros:

Location ,quite good breakfast

Cons:

Very bad smell in the hallway on the 7th floor. There was only tap water in the room. The children’s bed was not prepared, and there was only one small toy for two kids. It would have been better not to provide one at all—any parent knows that this only causes arguments.

The hotel is probably able to charge such high prices because of its very good location. Apart from that, the property is in need of major renovation and a more practical layout. For example, having to walk through the entire gym to get to the swimming pool is very inconvenient.
