La tranquilidad rodeada del mar, ubicación maravillosa.
Las instalaciones en excelente estado y limpieza, el restaurante con deliciosas preparaciones para cualquier momento del día y por supuesto, la atención del personal muy atentos y cordiales.

Una pena que me dijeron que habia Jacuzzi, pero no había finalmente. Sería bueno que cuando uno reserve te digan que instalaciones disponibles y que no está disponible.
Que me dijeran que había Jacuzzi, pero finalmente no había.... inclusive cuando baje al día siguiente me ofrecieron el Jacuzzi y yo pregunte, pero no que estaba malo? Ahhh si tiene razon me dijeron.
La habitación y la amabilidad del personal son impecables.
La piscina temperada estaba con liquido morado y un olor fuerte en un sector.

Era un caldillo de congrio que más parecía a un encebollado la pieza de congrio se sentía abiertamente que era congelada
La ubicación es muy buena, tanto por la vista como porque está cerca de restaurantes y playas
Tuvimos problemas con la habitación que nos entregaron en un comienzo, ya que tenía un muy mal olor proveniente del baño y la respuesta de recepción fue poco receptiva. Finalmente, ante la poca respuesta, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación.
Comiendo en el restaurante el primer día, me sirvieron un postre que estaba claramente pasado (en mal estado). Nos descontaron de la boleta y nos regalaron un agua.
Uno de los días fuimos al desayuno 40 minutos antes del término del servicio y hubo muy poca reposición de productos en el buffet. Comimos lo que quedaba.
En resumen, la experiencia tuvo distintas situaciones que nos hicieron sentir que estábamos pagando demasiado por la calidad de los servicios.
Lo que más me gustó es la vista, la tranquilidad y escuchar el mar a los pies. El sonido del mar es sumamente tranquilizar. La piedra de las paredes y las luces hacían el lugar acogedor.
