Love the property
Nothing
Bed was comfortable
That I wasn’t told that there was to be a private event scheduled for the night of my stay. (The lounge/bar area was closed to us) VERY disappointing! The courtyard was right below our balcony and there was a extremely loud party going on. I feel we should have been compensated somehow.
The location was great! Absolutely perfect for visiting Lambertville and New Hope.
It seemed a bit tired and worn. Carpeting was wavy throughout the hallway, the on premises restaurant is closed, the bathroom faucet dripped and there aren’t black out curtains.
Everything
No small fridge in the room for cold drinks
Great location. Beautiful old inn like stepping back in time.
Restaurant not currently operating.
Great location & easy parking. Room was beautiful & well appointed; bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were great & check in & out was a breeze. Onsite bar/lounge was very nice & hoping to try restaurant on our next stay!
The place was beautiful rooms were beautiful comfortable perfect for our anniversary and my wife birthday
Except for a small mixed up in booking which the fixed in a professional way nothing everything was perfect
The staff was very accommodating. We could check in early which made our short stay even nicer.
There was nothing that stands out worth mentioning. Restaurant was temporarily closed but it was off season.
Worst lodging experience we've EVER encountered. Restaurant was closed and we were not informed of this when we booked. Room was old and dirty. Shower didn't drain and they said they would get it fixed but never did. Mold on all the ground in the bathroom. Bugs by the communal coffee station. Room damp even with a dehumidifier in it...on the SECOND floor! Had drinks in the lounge and the tables were STICKY! So very run down all around. Inadequate parking. The staff was dismissive...never looked up when you came in and rarely even made eye contact when interacting. The only thing good was the location. See photos.
great and spacious room. wonderful location
carpet change
the mattress in the first room was not comfortable. We were changed to another room and it was ok.
Great, helpful staff. The hotel is charming but the public areas could use a facelift. Very good air conditioning! The restaurant is gone, there is an omakase sushi restaurant in its place. Pricey but excellent.
Some areas need renovating, There is only one rickety luggage cart, which I remember from my last stay. Decor in the hallways is dated, both the color and design.I asked for a small fridge and it was quickly delivered, however in this price category a mini bar should be included. I miss the possibility to order something to eat in the hotel.
bed too high
Loved the ambience, the location was great. We could take a short walk over the bridge to New Hope and Lambertville had some wonderful quaint shops and a.terrific patisserie.
We would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room for our leftover dinner and a safe for valuables would have been important if we were staying more than one night.
