Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage – leider große Enttäuschung wegen der defekten Klimaanlage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Leider gab es einen großen Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage hat trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht funktioniert. Bei Außentemperaturen von 42 °C war das absolut inakzeptabel und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Schade, denn ansonsten hätte das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Comfortable hotel convenient for Wenceslas Square
Pros:

This is a smart, modern and comfortable hotel not far from Wenceslas Square. We arrived early afternoon and were impressed by the brunch (soup, snacks, soft drinks) which was available while waiting for our room to become ready.

Zentrale Lage.Höfliches Personal.

Cons:

Direkt an einer überaus belebten Straße, die Fenster mussten geschlossen bleiben, sonst war Schlafen unmöglich. Das Zimmer war klein. Käse und Schinken waren auf Atemhöhe aufgebaut- hygienisch?????
Garage sehr klein!!! Garagenplatz unbedingt reservieren!!!!!!!

я бы выбрал другой отель с гарантией парковки
Pros:

завтрак нормальный, но видно что повторяется каждый день.

Cons:

с парковкой полная задница. оплатил проживание, а паркинг отклонили, в итоге остались без парковки, места где-то рядом стать просто выгрузиться тоже нет! тупо с чемоданами без паркинга идти метров 500 приходится. в номере не было ничего на 2 человека, все под 1. кровати зато было 2, хотя просил 1. возможно, мне так не повезло, но я бы выбрал другой отель с гарантией парковки.

Pusryčiai buvo gausūs, personalas malonus,ant stogo yra terasa,lokacijos vieta gera-pėsčiomis lengvai pasiekiamas astronominis laikrodis, Karolio tiltas ir kiti lankomi objektai.Atvykome su savo automobiliu ir augintiniu, augintinis buvo šiltai priimtas. Vienas minusas negavom parkingo viešbučio požeminiame garaže, teko patiems susiieškoti kur palikti automobilį. Radom 5 min. pėsčiomis iki mūsų viešbučio.

Cons:

Minusas dėl parkingo, savo klientais galėtų pasirūpinti, kad jiems nereikėtų ieškoti kitose lokacijose kur pasistatyti automobilį. Ieškojimas sukelia šiek tiek streso, mano situacija buvo tokia-ryte gavau iš viešbučio laišką, kad parkingo nebus, aš ieškoti pradėjau per kelias firmas ir vis nesėkmingai (buvau jau neviltį) tik apie 12 val. suradau laisvą vietą ir ją rezervavau.
