Спокойная доброжелательная атмосфера, приветливый вежливый персонал, завтраки выше всяких похвал с большим выбором блюд, замечательный шеф- повар ресторана, ( огромное ему/ ей спасибо!) создающий кулинарные шедевры - все это дает вам чувство, что вы дома, среди прекрасных людей. Расположение отеля в самом сердце Варшавы - это большой плюс. В номере есть капсульная кофемашина, чайник с набором чая на любой вкус, халаты, тапочки, даже зонтик предусмотрен, деталь, которая приятно удивила. Очень понравилась парфюмерия. Гель для душа, лосьон для тела, шампунь, кондиционер, мыло для рук - все это имеет приятный ненавязчивый универсальный аромат и подойдёт как для женщин, так и для мужчин. Все продумано до мелочей, все сделано для людей с большой любовью ! Большое спасибо персоналу и владельцам отеля за заботу!

Minden rendben volt. 2 éjszaka töltöttünk el családostul.
Pros:

minden rendben volt, viszonylag közel a központhoz. Kedves személyzet, az extra igényünket kérdés nélkül teljesítették.

Cons:

Meleg volt a szobában, viszont a légkondi hangos kicsit. Így vagy meleg van, vagy zaj. Mi csendben szeretünk aludni, másnak ez lehet rendben van.

I can recommend it regardless.
Pros:

The food was delicious, although with the prior notice of celiac disease there was hardly any gluten-free options (e.g. only one type of bread and not even cakes). The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location for the city center.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable (too sunken). It was annoying that the bathroom light only turned on when it was on by the bed. The toilet door couldn't be closed. The view was nothing (it didn't have any positive features as advertised).

Amazing room, but little else to praise
Pros:

Room was immense, suite was delightful and the type of place I wish I stayed in longer so a definite plus.

Cons:

There was an issue with my booking which could have been resolved by the chain, however they did not offer to help which led me to being a bit distressed and having to navigate to a seperate place when I had stayed previously so that upset me and took the shine off the experience. I was also unimpressed with the breakfast as they said to go down early to avoid crowds but then only opened the omelette bar when it got busy. Not really fair. The other aspect which was strange was that the staff rotated around the restaurant so fast that it felt like they were constantly watching you. If it wasn’t for the amazing room this would have been a terrible experience and completely opposite to the last time I stayed in a Mercure
