Wonderful
Pros:

We had apartment 233 and it was perfect. Every4and more that we needed. The bed was exceptional. Nothing needed at all. Can thoroughly recommend.

Decent stay in Cairns
Pros:

Decent facilities. Very clean apartments and a great location. When their wifi went down, Sam worked to get it sorted and even provided a mobile Hotspot to get me by.

Cons:

Bed wasn't the greatest but there was a pillow selection.

We had a wonderful stay at Cascade Gardens in Cairns. The location is perfect—close enough to walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, and the city centre, while still being quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

One of the highlights was definitely the two beautiful “bosses” of Cascade Gardens—the adorable dog welcoming everyone at reception and the gorgeous blue-eyed cat who always looked so calm and majestic. They made us smile every day and gave the place such a warm, homely feel!

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Cairns. Highly recommended! 🐶🐱🌴

Wouldn’t stay here again don’t trust that the rom you book is what you will get
Pros:

Location was great, rooms were spacious and clean good cooking facilities. Unfortunately I didn’t get the room I was booked and the staff offered no compensation they basically said bad luck they were fully booked even though it was their mistake

The apartment is clean and comfortable. Has plenty appliances for use in the kitchen.

Cons:

Had I known there are only steps and no lifts I would have thought again. The TV in the bedroom is not operational. Needs to be connected. Connected to wall but plugs are broken very old TV.
If you are coming on work assignment as we were there is no table to work on. A little difficult to work on a breakfast bench. Other than that was good.

Pros:

Very nice spacious unit. Good location.

Cons:

There was no lift and we were on the third floor, and both over 80, so getting luggage up and down (both happened when no staff were around) wasn’t pleasant.
